We had a bat problem and Geffry was very knowledgeable and understanding. He explained that bats can't be killed they need to be removed and area cleaned and then block the entrances so they don't come back. He was friendly and professional. Kept lines of communication open so I always knew what to expect. He got the bats out, cleaned after them, disinfected, sealed and even provided a comp pest service. He's reached out a couple of times to make sure the bats haven't returned. I would recommend Green Flag for bat and pest control.

Jeffrey was great. I had a specific time he would be there (not a window) and he texted me to confirm the appointment and that he was on his way. He explained everything to me and I appreciate that his chemical skills are non-toxic with a dog and baby in the house. He was reasonable and was so great with my dog!
