After signing up on home advisor I was contacted by Green Flag within minutes. The appointment was set for just a few hours later and the owner showed up at the top of the appointment window. My only problem with this rating is I can only give 5 stars! Geff/Green Flag Services is absolutely wonderful! Starting with immediate response to my inquiry and thorough explanation of what was going to happen, to very timely service at the house. He completed the job quickly and professionally and has a very friendly and approachable personality. He explained to us, in detail, about his products and the difference between what he uses and what is generally used commercially. The fact that he uses eco friendly products is extremely important since we have children and pets in the house. It has only been a few days and we have already noticed an amazing improvement! After a long and discouraging battle trying to fight this on our own, with his help, we can finally look forward to a bug free home! I would highly recommend this company to anyone, no matter how big or small your problem is. Geff is extremely professional and respectful to the environment, I'd give 10 stars if I could!
