Robert Leonardi explained what he was going to do beforehand and then he followed up with a fine job. When he was finished we did a final walk around and everything looked really good. I would definitely recommend him.

Robert Leonardi did a fantastic and thorough/meticulous job. He was friendly, clearly explained what he was going to do before the job began and what he had done when he was finished and he was very reasonably priced. I will have him back to do my driveway and garage screens at a later date. I would recommend him to my neighbors.

Highly recommended, and will certainly use his service again. Gave a very reasonable quote on-site and immediately started the job. Did not charge for cleaning an additional area.

They did what they said they would do and were done sooner than they anticipated. Their work was very good.

Robert was very personable. Did all the powerwashing of our driveway and he did extra work on concrete edging around bushes and flowers at no extra charge. We will certainly call on him again when we need our house washed later this year.
