I have been trying to contact this people since last week they say they will come but it is a no show.the work they did is poor worsmanship, there is no action from their part to come set a date and a time to fix this mess they left .bubbles everywhere discoloration,they put a sliperry coat of sealant .here are the transcripts of my emails with no replies from them. To Raul Arroyo: i know you are the owner of Adris pressure cleaning. the job performed by your workers left these bubbles all over the driveway big and small .fix this as a business owner you have this responsabilities with your customers to leave me satisfied and treat them right . (unlike your father in law Luis Galliani , who insulted me .making false claims that i would not tip your worker ,when he accorded the day before with me ,he would give your worker 20 dollars on my behalf because i was being so very nice to you guys by translating, so you guys got two more jobs) anyways the tip in total was going to be 30 dollars but your father in law volunteer to give him 20 dollars. And on the day i made the check . the difference i had to tip your worker was 10 dollars, besides i also gave your worker some food to eat .as soon as i paid the tip . Your father in law started insulting me , calling me names. when i finally realized he was acting like this becasuse he thought i wanted to hire his employee for other jobs. i realized how ridiculous the situation was . ... as if there weren't hundreds of companies available in florida !!!.as soon as i gave your father in law the check with the full amount of 425 for the job . i said let me take a picture of you taking the check .instead of saying anything , he jumped stretch out his arm slapped my phone to the ground!!! this kind of behavior it is completely unacceptable from any company no matter what kind of company it is. as soon as this happened he insulted me calling names , calling me a son of a.......... and then started talking to you over the phone ./THAT IS NO WAY!!!! AT ALL TO TREAT A CUSTOMER IN ANY KIND OF SITUATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! the job has already been paid in full for the amount $425 as we accorded there is no flip flopping ,trying to take back his word in the price . as he tried to pull a fast one with me saying was more and it is not WHAT we accord $425 no less no more THAT IS VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND LACKS ETHICS ,as the check has already been cashed for payment in full for the job. anyways the job needs to be fixed and you will see in all the pictures i have already sent you you can come on monday morning at 900 am to fix all those bubbles all over the driveway. there is gonna be sun in the sky. i will send you all the picture files with all the bubbles in them .they are several .. and have my the tube of Amerimax,gutter seal send back to me .which i bought from home depot. ==================================================== you guys need to come and repair th
