Patricia did a deep cleaning for a 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath house that was in great need of a good cleaning. She was meticulous and thorough. Everything is in great shape. Definitely will have this company come back for regular cleaning!

On time service! We had a little mishap with our water system not working properly, so the pros had no problem running to the store to grab gallons of water to complete the job. Very pleasant and understanding of the situation. Reasonable cost. Would recommend to friends!

Lisa Dean was aggressive and rude when I told her employee, Carlos was rude she told me he was the best and he had told her when he first came in that we were going to complain. They did not clean the blinds and left the floors sticky, Patricia did a good job in the bathroom and kitchen but after she left the faucet in the kitchen was loose. We had to call someone to fix it. Lisa Dean offered to send Carlos and Patricia (after many messages) but I told her no. It was a horrible experience. Carlos moved the shower head in the other bathroom so when I went to take a shower there was water all over. Lisa told me Carlos did not move the shower head. Terrible experience. Wasted money and very aggravated.

Excellent experience. Lisa was amazing and very professional. Her cleaning team was so punctual, dependable, thorough and personable. They cleaned our rental property from top to bottom spotless. I would highly highly recommend this cleaning company and will definitely call them in the future.

From my first call to Lisa, I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my needs and matched me with one of her best technicians, Carlos. And boy was that a match! Carlos did a phenomenal job washing both the interior and exterior windows in my condo. He was respectful of my personal property, well prepared and courteous. Additionally, he cleaned 2 of my area rugs! They too turned out great! Both rugs looks almost brand new! I would definitely use Lisa Dean Cleaning Services again and highly recommend this company!

We needed a pre-move in deep clean, and that is exactly what we got. The team was professional and courteous and spent over five hours combing through the home to make sure it was perfectly clean. Would highly recommend, and intend to rely on them for regular cleanings going forward.

DO NOT HIRE LISA DEAN- Do not be fooled by some of the good reviews. Read the other one-star reviews carefully. I wish I did. This company is unprofessional and unethical. The cleaners were 45 minutes late. They were 3 teenage kids. One was the head cleaner, the others were her boyfriend and her sister who were **just helping out**. I was told via text that I would get 10% off of $450, the initial cleaning price. I was also assured that Lisas husband would be the one cleaning the carpets. Later, I was told by Lisas husband that he could not come and the price was $450 and that was the discounted price. I had to call Lisa and remind her of our text and conversation to get the price we agreed on - $405. The teenagers had to be managed by me for 7 hours. Each time I checked, the job was not done. There was hair in the bathroom drawers; the baseboards were not done after I was told they were dusted. The windows needed to be redone. The kitchen counters were smeared. I think the cleaning products were not quality. They ran out of paper towels. The only good thing was that the young lady was extremely polite, but this job needed another professional to help her. Last awful thing that happened- the young lady called me right after she left and said that her boss said I did not pay her enough. I told her I spoke to Lisa and it was $405. The young lady asked if I could verify that, so I sent her a text from Lisa. The young lady said to me, **Thank you and I am sorry about that** I think its awful that this young lady was made to call to try and get more money. No contract or receipt was given. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered.

They spent about 5 hours deep cleaning the nooks and crannies of my new-to-me house. Made everything feel fresh. I am very pleased.

Bad job on cleaning everything had to be redone.

If you want someone to sweep, mop and just barely wipe the surface then okay. Clean your dirty mop and stuff in my kitchen sink with dishes and my sponge still in there? Ew. I tossed that stuff after. But they are friendly. Just would prefer to clean myself and do a better job for free than a half job for 125.00. I had better from another company and expected that same if not better level of professionalism.

First time hiring from here and probably the last. She arrived late, took twice as long as expected. Did a good job on some things but not all. When making owner aware, she first stated she didn't believe me. Owner offered to send someone out to fix issues but needed picture proof. It is hard to get pictures on a shower wall and we had already wiped up another area. We told them no need to send someone but we just wanted them to be aware of the issues. Not the best customer service but the cleaner was nice.

Far and Away the most excellent cleaning service I have ever used in my 20-year property management experience. She responds immediately, she follows up, she gets the job done perfectly, her rates are very good, and the quality of service is unmatched. I cannot speak highly enough about her.
