On the positive side, they were friendly on the phone, communicated frequently and kept their appointment. On the down side, I had to clean the edges of a number of windows that I paid this company to clean. My guess is they did not change the water often enough. Further, they left a dirty mess on the tile in front of the sliding glass door they cleaned. Window cleaning is the only task I hired them for. I did not expect to have to clean up behind them.

I value integrity in the vendors I chose, and Lisa Dean Cleaning Services provided high quality and friendly service. We had a few stains in our off-white carpet that we didnâ t think would come out but they were able to remove them.

Lisa is very thorough, Our home is left lovely and clean every time. We have Regular Cleans after guests leave our vacation home. Very Honest, trustworthy Lovely people to work with.

Worked hard all day, house very clean, good communication

I was not very happy with the service provided. When I arrived to evaluate the condition of the house, I was surprised to see several appliances in the kitchen still quite dirty. I had to tell the cleaning person to re-do the stove, aluminum refrigerator door and aluminum dishwasher door. When he used a more potent cleaning agent all items came out better. The master bathroom shower door was also full of residue (soap build-up) and, once again, when he used a more powerful cleaner, at my request, the door came out much cleaner. Some of the blinds were not cleaned and the floors were not done well. When discussed with the owner, Lisa Dean, she told me that these more powerful cleaners are generally not used because they are more expensive than the standard cleaners, at which pointed she said she probably under quoted the price on this job. Though the overall job was ultimately acceptable, I was not happy that I had to point out so many problems with the cleaning and Lisa Dean had too many excuses for a job that was not well done. When I finally paid, I told Lisa I was happy with the job done but she never took responsibility for the omissions by her employee and had too many excuses.

This was an initial - house was empty- cleaning. What a disaster! They did not have the proper equipment to clean. They also missed dusting vents, there was still dog hair from prior owner on floor and in slider rails. They sent a second crew of cleaners who still did not have the proper mop to clean. The house has tiled floors. Not an unusual material in Florida. I finally went out, bought a mop and cleaned the floors myself. The second crew did clean the refrigerator which was also missed in the first cleaning. Would not use them again.

I had an appointment for 9:00 AM set for over a week. Lisa called to confirm the day before for 10:00 AM. I did not say anything, it worked better. Later than evening she called and asked if 11:30 was ok. It really was not. This was the piece I had left of cleaning my mothers home/estate and turning it over to new owners tomorrow(next day). We agreed on 11:30 AM as I did not ave much choice it had to be done. A husband and wife team were assigned to this job. At 11:45, the husband of the team called to let me know that they were 10 minutes away. When they arrived they were both very nice but he smoked a cigarette all the way up the walk way and stood in the open doorway with his hand outside the door while I tried to talk to him and his wife. I later found the cigarette butt in the brick walkway. He was unkind to his wife while they cleaned and their communication was done by shouting through the tiny 1000 sq foot house. After the work was complete there were cobwebs still along one wall (very old home and artwork had been removed after sitting for 6 months) and found more along the floor in the living room. While they were very nice people, I do not feel that this job was worth the $210 that I paid. I made an effort to call Lisa to no avail. I am disappointed.I would not recommend this cleaning service and would not use them again. EDIT: After this review was posted, I received a call from Lisa who was irrate and couldn't understand why I didn't speak to her first so she could fix it.. I explained that I did try to call her and all she kept saying was that I was going to hurt her business and that she always fixes the complaints that she receives. If she has good quality workers who do good quality work then why does she have to always "fix it." She was less than kind and less than understanding and was threatening.

Communicated well, arrived as agreed, cleaned the carpets with no wasted time. Our carpets are the best they have ever been. Thank you Lisa and Mike!
