Lisa was very nice and responsive to all of our requests. The quality of service, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations and we regret not selecting a different company. The service men came late to all 3 scheduled appointments, but more importantly didn?t complete the job to our satisfaction. We did love their approach to cleaning (by hand versus pressure washer) and most of the windows that were cleaned look fantastic. We were, however, disappointed that the tracks did not come out as clean as we would have expected and that a couple of windows were left streaky. After sharing our concern, they came out to clean them again, but unfortunately did not complete the job. At least three of our tracks were not cleaned or touched and one of the large windows was still left with streaks. We will just have to do them ourselves at this point.

They were prompt, courteous, thorough, or reasonably priced. A move-out deep clean was supposed to be done by our property management company. After 3 tries and 3 no shows, I learned of Lisa Dean through Home Advisor. She called me in moments, we had the cleaning scheduled, they showed up promptly on the scheduled day and time, and did a fantastic job. For the first time in 9 years, getting something done in our home was easy!
