Cleaners did a great job working around movers to complete a deep clean as we settled into new home. A couple missed spots, but a lot of confusion in the house during moving.

This is an update to my review of November 22. This co. was hired to clean my windows, screens and tracks. I had said in my 1st review that the windows were clean. After some time to inspect , they are not ALL clean. There are streaks on most of the windows. And as I said, 1 screen was not replaced. Lisa said there was no screen in the bath, so I would like to know what a screen is doing sitting on my bathroom floor?? Also, the screens on my deck were not re-installed properly. They were just jammed into the track and now they do not slide any more. I had to give this company a one half star rating because that is the lowest available rating. I wish I could have given them a ZERO!!!

I talked to Lisa Dean twice before hiring and was assured that in addition to the cleaning walls and ceilings would be cleaned as well for an additional fee. I let her know that we had bought a house from a previous smoker and trying to remove the smell as best as possible before painting. When the two people (both smokers when this was the smell we were trying to eradicate) came to clean they did not have a ladder which indicated that they would not be doing the ceilings. I called Lisa Dean and asking her to call me to talk. She texted back saying she was in a meeting and then proceeded to text me that I never asked for the ceilings to be cleaned and it would be an additional $200 on top of the $500 we had already agreed upon. I again asked her to call me so we could talk and she proceeded to texted me. She finally called me and we discussed what was said and disagreed on what was agreed upon and pricing. We finally came to a resolution but I am not satisfied. My husband and I still had to clean inside the cupboards and the window sills and the bathroom walls. I would suggest before using that you get what you agree upon in writing for price of mind.

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! I am very "picky" and a detailed cleaner. Far exceeded my expectations. Jesse and Pascal were on time, worked well as a team. My first time using Lisa Dean Cleaning Service; however, NOT my last!!

Great company to deal with fast response great work at a fair price. They arrived on time , did a great job of power washing my driveway and walkway. They took extra care not to damage any vehicles. Pleasure to deal with! Definitely will use them again!
