Lisa was great with communication in setting up the appointment and the team that cleaned did too. They did a thorough job and were pleasant to deal with.

This company did not clean my windows well and bent a screen frame which they refused to fix. I hired a different company 3 years ago who did an excellent job cleaning my windows and screens, (unfortunately, they are not in business so I couldn't hire them again). They used a product that cut through the heavy buildup that was on the windows. Lisa Dean only uses only water and a Windex-type product from Walmart. As a result all of the windows did not get completely clean and some have streaks that were not noticeable at the time but obvious as the sunlight hits them over the course of a day. I was told this was my fault for not cleaning them more frequently. Additionally, they had difficulty removing my screens (which is fine, they gave me a refund and I wasn't able to remove some of them either). However, they bent one screen trying to remove it leaving a 1/4 inch gap close to the length of the window for bugs to fly through. They refused to fix it because: it was already bent, they didn't do it, it was my fault for having old windows/screens, and why should I care since I am selling the house in a few months... I was able to remove the damaged screen myself and put it back in after repair. Not sure why their guy couldn't remove it.

This company helped with a deep cleaning my mother 91 came home Saturday after 3 weeks in hospital 3 staff members came to clean on Saturday to make sure everything was ready for her couldn't ask for a better experience the owner was the best and the workers very caring Very greatful in my time of need and stress I'm 68 and they cared about my situation

Lisas employees Kieran and team were very polite, friendly, and did a fabulous job.

Lisa was very sweet and her customer service was great. The workers that actually did the cleaning left something to be desired. Hired to do post-construction cleaning. Some areas got clean and looked great like the original gross bathtubs came out great! Others were missed all together like paint splatters and grime on windows, sills, and floor.

Lisa and her team did a great job cleaning out the new apartment to make it move-in ready. So good, that we hired them to come on a steady basis for house cleaning. Definitely recommended! Great work and reliable!

Not only did They come out and take there time on our move out clean but they did the carpets!! I will say the apartment was pretty bad and they just did amazing!ð ¤ ð We will be saving the number for future business as well as recommending to anyone who needs a clean! They did a great job, took their time and were very friendly! Made this a easy experience and we canâ t be more grateful!

She sent teenagers over to clean. They only mopped one floor. A second cleaner came with only a bottle of cleaner and a rag. He also didn't clean anything.

The crew that came to my home to do a deep cleaning were wonderful. Tracy and Jeremiah came in and went straight to work. They were very thorough and professional. Both had great personalities and we loved their service. We are scheduled for a regular cleaning in two weeks . We are also scheduling for our parents as a gift. They are awesome to work with. Was promised a deep cleaning that is not what I received. I was told appliances would be moved that did not happen they did not even move my toaster oven to clean the crumbs underneath. Dust was left in many places apparently they do not move items to clean. Although I did not have much left out for them to move. Did not do anything in my laundry room that has a sink in it and area rug? I was really looking forward to getting a deep cleaning for my house since we are home so much right now. I felt like I had to clean again after. They tried to fix it but not much came from that. Very disappointed.
