I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Lisa and Mike could do one bedroom! My carpet is old and it had a lot of stains. Mike did an awesome job, the spots are gone, the old room smell is gone! I’m thrilled with the results and I will be using them again! And on top of being able to get the spots out of my carpet, they are the nicest people. We had a lovely chat! I would suggest them to everybody!

I was really excited for Lisa Dean Cleaning Services to deep clean my apartment for my move out. I sent a list that my landlord needed to be complete and it was agreed within advance from Lisa Dean company. Unfortunately, I was left very very disappointed. To start, the two gentlemen that showed up for a 10 am appointment were about 20 minutes late (would not have been a big deal, but the keys had to be turned in at a certain time and timing is essential). The job took about 3 hours, but to be honest, I do not know why. The house was completely empty and is only 727 square feet. The main reason why Lisa Dean cleaning service was hired was for the shower and oven (the two things I did not want to deal with). To my surprise, these were the TWO things that seemed to be untouched! The cabinets still had fingerprints and food debris, the refrigerator was not wiped down fully, and the floors seemed to be rushed. For $175, I could have done a WAY better job and have confidence it would have been done CORRECTLY. When this was brought to Lisa attention, she agreed it was unacceptable and the only compensation was to clean our new home for a DISCOUNTED rate. No thank you. No more business will ever be done with this company. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. ALSO!! Be careful! The two men who entered my apartment and cleaned WERE NOT WEARING MASKS.
