Very Happy with the new windows. Three brothers, Dave, Jimmy and Terry worked Great together, and did an excellent job installing them.

They did a great job. They were like a well oiled machine and worked very well together everyone knew what job they had to do and there was no bickering. They even gave me tips on how to make our house better. A plus performance.

Shane and Austin were excellent workers. The work was well done and very professional. Both were very polite and their attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended.

They work neatly and on schedule, surprise me with their 2 workers, Mrs. Jackie and Mrs. Jemy, who are females and they performed excellent work.

They said that they do it all, come to find out they contracted the glass and doors. They said 2 days to complete. It actually took 6 days as the stall removal and replace took 2 days and that lead into 2 days absent for the weekend then the door and glass folks showed up 2 days later on Tuesday after the weekend. After it all, the install is beautiful.

Shane and Joel were awesome, very professional, courteous and polite, we are very pleased with everything We will definitely recommend Fairbanks Construction.

If you live near the Ocala FL area, request the Myers brothers to do the installation. They were very reliable and prompt. They definitely know their stuff. We were very impressed by how they clean up as they go along. Being brothers and working with each other for so long, I believe that they literally just know what the other needs without even uttering a word. Super nice and very professional.

When Shane and Michael arrived,they were right on schedule and ready to work. They introduced themselves and explained everything as the worked. Putting down drop clothes on the floor to protect the carpet and floors. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and even vacuum the carpet to insure they didn’t leave any extra dirt. When the job was done it looked AWESOME.

Ernest came to complete the trim work following my inspection. He completely reviewed the features of my new windows and made sure I was comfortable with the operational features. Very polite and professional.

The purchase and installation was amazing. Our installers, Austin and Patrick were professional, on time, performed quality work and cleaned up after themselves. I could not ask for better customer service. Highly recommended.

Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. Despite the headache of having just paid for a door and now learning that I would have to pay for a basement sump pump this was good advice and I appreciated Ralph and Tom's honesty. They could have just put the door on and I would have never know the difference. That right there gets 5-stars from me. Additionally, the instill was terrific, and the guys were very personable the entire time. Excellent work, job well done!!
