Their lawn irrigation repair was fast and many new sprinkler heads were added. Much better irrigation coverage now, as a result. Very pleased with their service. Cost also was very reasonable.

I have not received the bill yet I gave him my house address where to bill me .Steve W is well experienced he figure it out easily whats wrong with my sprinkler system.He finished on time ,took him 1hour and 45 minutes to finished it all,and very helpful.Hopefully the bill will not be a shock to me but reasonable.

Steve was prompt to the job; very experienced and fast. He handles several issues that he was unaware of until he got to my house, but did not hesitate to add the tasks to his list. The price was very fair, and Steve was extremely courteous. I'd call him first again!! The only issue at all was the office seemed to have some issues with recording the agreed upon schedule. However, the staff was very courteous and apologized for the confusuion.

Tech showed up late and then attempted to lie about what time they were expected to arrive (when I had the Home Advisor email confirmation). Work was satisfactory though.

The online appointment did not work as Turf-Master did not know that I booked their repair service. I had to call and re-book another time. Once they came, the service was good. The only thing they did not do was to verify the timer time, instead of 5am, my sprinkle starts on 5pm in the afternoon. I had to adjust it myself.

Our contact with the office staff and the replacement of our pump was a very positive experience . The service tech raised the water intake valve, making it easier to locate. The proffessional attitude presented rates a high rating.

My sprinkler system was inspected and repaired accordingly. Service was prompt and efficient. E-mail responses were always prompt from Customer service.

I wasn'''t home but my father said "tech was fast and honest"...we will have them back to move some of our sprinkler heads. We hired to fix/replace a broken one...he also adjusted a different sprinkler head and staked up the ones in the back. Highly recommend.

The guy that came out was very pleasant and worked hard. Enjoyed his time there and performed quality work.

1 month in advance I cancelled my service because we sold our home. Approximately 1 month later they treated the lawn and billed me. When I called to let them know I had cancelled and the office manager said there was not a record and I should have filled out a form which the the person who took my call did not provide that information. At no time was I informed of this. The office manager said she reviewed with the owner who said I had to pay it anyway even though it was their office personnel who did not flow their procedure. Do not use their service they will rip you off.
