+ -1 moreWe had several estimates to install guttering on our house. Top Tier came in with the lowest bid and said they would be able to install in two days' time. We researched the company and could not find no bad reviews. We arranged for installation on a Friday morning. By 10 a.m., the company had failed to show up. We called and left a message. No one called back. Finally we called and cancelled. We were glad to find out that they were not reliable BEFORE we had the gutters installed.
