The company owner, Zach, was very responsive in providing an estimate for work to be done, and in responding to our requests for changes. As the work progressed and at it's completion, he made contact with us to make certain that the project was accomplished to our satisfaction and to determine whether we had any concerns that should be addressed for future projects. The work was performed at our convenience by professional painters, including Phillip and Orlando, who were experienced and courteous in their interactions with us. All of the work was completed in less time than anticipated and in an excellent fashion. Prior to leaving the premises, Phillip walked around with us to do any necessary touch ups and make certain we were satisfied with the work. We were very pleased with Straight Edge Painting. We would retain them again and recommend them to others in the future.

It went great from him accommodating our deadline to finish the job, helping us with a couple vendors that showed up to work while they were painting to the quality of their overall painting! I appreciated their attention to detail and the walk through at the end. I managed the work for a family member who was out of town and he offered to come back and do touch ups should they find any. I have already recommended Straight Edge and will do so again.

My wife and I are both extremely pleased with the work performed by Straight Edge Painting to paint our house exterior and pool cool deck over a 3 day period. We have used many different painters for various projects over the years and have never had such a great experience as we did with Straight Edge Painting. Zachery gave us a very fair estimate and his crew lead by Orlando was extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. It was very evident that everyone wanted to ensure we were completely pleased with the job they did and if anything they went above and beyond my expectations. The entire paint team was professional. They introduced themselves when the entered. They were timely. They confirmed paint colors and instructions. They paid attention to detail and were very precise about lines, edges, etc. Top quality work!

This house painting project was fun! Zach, the owner and salesman, was very respectful and professional. He made the entire experience really simple for us. Zach was very responsive to my emails and his team was great. Everything was covered and protected to prevent from paint splatters. When the job was finished, a member of the team walked around with me and touched up everything I pointed out (little drip spots here and there). They even went the extra mile and scraped up the paint from the tile that was leftover from my husband painting the baseboards. This totally wasn't part of their job, but they offered to do it. I did notice a spot that the edging might've been missed around the doorbell casing just recently, but I'm giving them an "A" on quality as they definitely went above and beyond the scope of work that we originally agreed to. Also, I know if I had seen this spot when we did our walk through, they would've happily fixed it.

The job was done right. They showed up on time and finished in timeline promised. Straight edge defines their attention to detail. Everything looks great, clean and fresh. Zak worked alongside the crew. Everyone was professional and friendly. The kitchen ceiling had been poorly finished by a different company and they made it look brand new. This was a great experience and a great paint job. I will use them agsin.

Very, very good experience. Would use them and recommend their services to anyone that needs painting done - interior or exterior. I originally contacted the company via email on a Friday and the owner, Zach, called within the hour. Arranged to come to our home that Saturday. He arrived promptly - very personable and professional - we were impressed from the start. We talked through what was needed and he said he would send us a written quote. Received the quote in less than 24 hours. They started the project 3 days later. Zach and his interior team (Rob and Lorrana) arrived promptly each morning at 8:00. They took great care to cover all of our furnishings, cabinets, etc. and worked diligently through each day. They were professional, personable, very detailed oriented and take great pride in what they do and the service they provide. There are individuals that paint and then there are professional painters. Zach and his team are professional painters. At the end of the project they had us walked through and look at everything to ensure it was to our satisfaction. They left the space very clean and tidy. I couldn't be more satisfied. Zack is very helpful and professional. He sent Paul, Orlando, and a third painted (forgot his name) .These guys are a 'Dream Team' Right on time, thorough and fast. They properly prepped and painted the brick and 60 year old trim and doors. They used top of the line materials. No drips, No Runs, No over spray, no landscape damage, Very Nice Job.. Very professional, quality job. Painters arrived on time each of the three scheduled days, worked steadily, finished each day at the scheduled time. They were very friendly, cooperative, solicitous, and efficient. They did everything they said they would -- with exceptional attention to detail. They protected furniture, floors, and fixtures. Upon (on-time) completion of the job, they did a thorough restoration and clean-up of the work site.

Before the project started, Zach carefully addressed any questions or concerns. Zach and his crew Ron and Lorena arrived on time each day, worked efficiently and systematically throughout the day. They were courteous and respectful of our privacy; completed areas were carefully cleaned at the end of each day and work areas kept to a minimum. Furniture was well protected during painting and replaced exactly as we directed. We were especially appreciative of the careful handling of fragile furniture and art pieces. They were very conscientious in the final cleanup. We would certainly hire Straight Edge Painting again and recommend them to others.

These guys are the best. They took great care in painting the entire interior of my new home from top to bottom. Zach and his crew did exactly what they said they would do and put a lot of love in to their work. I highly recommend them to any one looking for good, honest and quality painters

I highly recommend these guys. Everything was professional from start to finish. Zack gave me a good idea of the work that would be performed at the consultation and later included a written summary via email. They were a little bit higher than the other two bids I got but I was impressed with how put together their approach was and also how quickly they could start the job. The power washing alone was a big improvement. Orlando and the painting team showed up when scheduled. He took the time to walk around the property with me to clarify all the bits and pieces to be done. They exceeded my expectations. I have a 1926 bungalow sided with wood shingles... i.e. lots of crevices!!! They replaced shingles when they encountered damaged ones (there were only a few) and made sure to caulk all the areas that needed it. Most of my windows still open *gasp* (anyone with an older home will understand) and they took the time to paint the windows so they weren't painted shut. The carport was possibly the weakest link, so I was surprised when they took the initiative to sand and paint the iron posts! The underside was also painted, giving extra life to the structure. All the guys on the job (especially the team leader Orlando) were professional. I had no qualms in leaving for work for the day. This is totally a situation where you get what you pay for...it's like a brand new outside.

tc.The painters that arrived to paint my house initially went through and taped/covered everything to avoid any over spray. They were extremely meticulous with all of their work while remaining friendly and professional. It was refreshing to have a group of men working that refrained from any foul language. They were quick to ask me regarding anything that I may want to paint a contrast color, i.e. railings, garage door, etc. I would not hesitate to use them again or to HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I do admit that when I was getting estimates from painting companies that Straight Edge was not the cheapest, but I can say that I feel I received a superior service to ANY that I have had in the past. Do yourself a favor and call Straight Edge Painting, you will not be sorry.

Straight Edge did a fantastic job. Although our home is fairly new, the initial owners chose a very bland color, and failed to do appropriate upkeep. Now, our house looks better then ever. This is the second major job we've entrusted to Straight Edge; we'll continue to use them for all of our painting needs.

Zach's painter was early, professional and kept our yard clean every time he painted. We were unhappy that the cracks still showed after the job was done and Zach made sure to help us remedy the situation. He found a person to repair our stucco and even was willing to share the cost (not included in the cost above). Zach was always available to talk, either by phone or in person. He was beyond helpful, understanding, and professional. With the stucco issues, we were very thankful to have Zach as our painter! I would definitely recommend him and I would use him again in the future.

Our overall experience with Straight Edge Painting was outstanding. Zach the owner responded the same day to my initial phone call. He made an appointment to meet with my wife and me and arrived early in his appointment window. After touring our home and assessing our needs, he committed to a written estimate the next day and, true to his word, emailed us within 24 hrs. Zach shared with us up front that his current work load would likely mean he couldn't paint our home for up to 3 weeks, which was fine with our schedule. We ultimately agreed upon a date within 2 weeks of his initial visit. Zach and his two person team spent less than two working days in our home, which is noteworthy given that they painted 6 rooms and a hallway. Two of those rooms had 10 foot ceilings.. They arrived on time both days and went promptly to work. They prepped our walls first to include repairing nail and anchor holes from previous wall hangings. They primed all walls and applied two coats of Sherman Williams paint afterwards. They were careful to cover floors and furniture and I've yet to discover any errant paint droppings. Zach worked hand in hand with his team. His two team members were friendly and courteous. I recommend, with good conscience, Zach and his team to anyone looking for a high quality paint contractor.

All went great. They finished ahead of schedule and did some light sheet rock patching too boot.

Project took two days to complete. Owner Zach Bristol and his team were punctual, hard-working, helpful and friendly. The job was completed on time and I am very happy with the results. I will use them for any future projects and will recommend them to friends and family.

Zach gave me an estimate on the phone. We booked the job and he followed up the day before to confirm. The crew arrived on time. Zach assessed the rooms and then they got to work. The prep work was very thorough....they taped off everything. They also covered the floors (the rooms were empty of furniture). The work quality was excellent. Zach and his crew were polite and professional. We will definitely use Straight Edge Paining again in the future.
