 + -1 moreThe cleaners from Stanley Steemer arrived at 5 pm and it was obvious they did not want to work that late. They said they could not get some stains out. I told them to leave. I then bought a carpet cleaner and got the stains out. Why could they not do it?
Description of Work: I hired Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaners to steam-clean my den. It is a large room, 36-by-24, that they consider two rooms for pricing purposes. They did a poor job. They wanted $100 for the work but I paid them only half, $50.

 + -1 moreStanley Steemer did a good job cleaning the carpets, but it wasn't like, WOW they are so clean. They didn't do anything that I couldn t do myself. I could get a steamer and not pay so much money and get the same results. I'm not sure if I'll hire them again.
