Florida State Certified General (1978)- All Service Adviser for buyers/sellers/ additions.remodeling/ New construction -Home-business/Interior Build outs. Have been previously licensed as Utility contractor,Pollutant Storage Contractor - have completed super fund Remediation Installations of many types. Have constructed three story homes to 6,00 S. ft. with elevators and built simple homes for rental property. I honestly can say i don't know of much i can't build or help repair with over 40 years personal experience. I enjoy helping owners with all types of construction issues from repairs to advising on contract latent contract issues. I built the USPS bulk mail facility in Orange Park-college drive-the Old Ortega street scape in 1999 - impeccable to this day - many other courthouse renovations etc. TODAY'S WORLD IS DIFFERENT AND I HAVE A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE AND TRADES AVAILABLE TO EXECUTE MOST ANYTHING THAT CAN BE CONCEIVED ON A NAPKIN TO SIMPLE HOME REPAIRS. I am punctual and will not tell you anything or do anything that isn't of the utmost quality and Integrity is installed in everything we do!! I can help you build but I can also be your partner in your endeavors. I know how to build with containers and was a former building Inspector for the City of Jacksonville and Tom Goldsbury (building Official) knows me well!!! So whatever you need - give me the opportunity to resolve your issues - you will never be disappointed in timeliness or quality. We expect to make a profit as does any business - but we are fair and equitable as my depth of knowledge is from very large structures above and below ground to very small repairs for REO realtors BANKS, FORECLOSURE REPAIRS - WHATEVER THE NEED - I CAN HELP. I do not come out and advise for free so I can be later shopped out as ONE can always find a cheaper price - but my ability and integrity are carved in stone and set in bronze on numerous Municipal courthouses in the North Florida and South Georgia area..
