Lucas came out to give me an estimate. He was polite, thorough and very informative on the products. Was not pushy. By the end of the presentation, I was sold on the company, their products and employees.

Our salesman was very provisional and very informative. We have not had our job completed yet as we are awaiting some materials but we are very happy with the care and information given to us to date.

Steve and Danny were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. They were very helpful.

Jason Brown was the sales person who came to our house. He took time to understand what our NEEDS and our WANTS were. After fully understanding them, even though I could not find anything that matched everything, he found the exact door: Impact, half circle at the top with our house number etched (or painted, we went with etched) into in, that would accept our current home security system locking mechanism, that could handle direct sun from 10am-sundown in Florida, that was pre-painted white to match the trim of the house, and had a lever for the door handle (due to some disabilities). He found the perfect door and it is AWESOME! Not only that, he took into account my military service and disabilities in selecting the door and added some discounts that I didn't even ask for. He made the sales experience enjoyable!!!! I look forward to working with him and Morgan Exteriors on the window replacement when that project comes up on the list!!!

Only had the estimate as of now, but Hudson was very pleasant and informative. They cost was reasonable and met our budget. All in all so far so good. Will have more to follow when the job is complete.

I am a return customer. I first purchased new impact windows for my house four years ago. I wanted to replace my back French doors and called them again for the job. Great customer service. Friendly quick responses to phone calls and above everything they stand by their warranty.

I'm at the beginning of getting replacement windows for my home. I went to google to ask for window companies in my area. Someone responded right away and set up an appointment for me. Mike Cary, sales rep, came right on time and answered the questions I had. I wasn't rushed at all and he explained the procedure from start to finish. Some came on the line and set up appt for final measurements needed. Dennis, called and let me know he was coming to do the measurements. He was respectful of my home and was also right on time. Kathy Falasca, called to check bases on my HOA concerning Licensing and Insurance info. She was helpful and polite. Even though we've got a long ways to go before my windows will arrive (through no fault of the company) I am, so far very pleased with Morgan Exteriors Inc.

Quality company from the sales force to the workmanship and products. Just hired them for my second bath remodel because I know it will be a quality job at an affordable price.

Morgan Cabinet Restylers (the kitchen division) earned every bit of their A+ rating. Laure was a great salesperson, not pushy, answered all our questions. Brent was great. He took the measurements and was a great liaison through the rest of the process. Carlos did fantastic work removing the old cabinets, installing the new ones, and making adjustments as we requested. The cabinets look gorgeous and function very well and the company came out when needed to make adjustments. Being our first kitchen remodel, we made one mistake, which is not painting the walls between cabinet removal and install; would highly recommend it to avoid tedious painting after install.

Joe and Zack are all the things a contractor should have. Courteous, clean, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job. I will recommend Morgan Exteriors to every one. The windows are very good construction and do everything I was told. So happy with the experience.

I generally don't make recommendations especially online but this company is outstanding the customer service is excellent as is the workmanship Adam who works for the company cleaned up every night before he left was very conscientious and helpful the workmanship was perfect.I can't say enough nice things about them the company did a great job and my kitchen looks beautiful.

I can’t currently vouche for Morgan Exterior’s work since they haven’t started the project yet but if it is anything like the presentation given prior to the quote it should be top notch. Fred Hayden the sales rep left no stone unturned in describing the company, their work ethics and the products used. We need gutters and a new roof so he gave us options for the what we wanted done to our house based on our house dimensions, style, and other factors. The cost was a little more than expected but if the quality is there it will be worth it. I feel confident with their business rating, experienced tradesmen and materials that they will get the job done.

Robert was excellent in guiding us through our options, and helping get us what we were looking for. We now gave a beautiful shower that is wonderful now, and for future health needs. The quality is just what he promised. We highly recommend the investment.

So glad I went with this company, I had a great experience, from the presentation to the installation, Tyler, the sales rep, even though the appointment was scheduled on Sunday evening, he came prepared, and did the presentation like it was Monday morning; he is very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was a breeze, Tito and Alonso, were very polite and did an awesome job, super-efficient, they were very careful moving around all my stuff in all the rooms, used a drop cloth, and cleaned and vacuumed once they were done with the installation.
