Installers and techs very friendly, answered all questions and concerns. The sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

It is beautiful. It has improved the looks of my bathroom 100%. The installation was done very well. The area was cleaned up and debris carried off.

They cleaned up the site afterwards.

Very happy and have excellent service from beginning to end. Workers work very hard to finish the job.

Still waiting for job to be scheduled but so far they have been very good to deal with.

While we have not yet had the installation because our shower is custom, Bryan Petrich, the sales rep, so convinced us of the value of his product (that comes with a lifetime warranty) that we cancelled an appointment we had tomorrow with another company and signed a contract with Bath Planet of Morgan Exteriors. This was no walk in the park for Bryan as we are savvy consumers, and I border on the cynical when it comes to sales pitches. That said, Bryan won us over with the quality, design choices and user-friendliness of his product. We were looking for quality, warranty, and functionality for folks with health issues that necessitated features that provided stability (grab bars and non-slick flooring) as well as ease of use (easy to turn on/off handle and a wand showerhead that also allowed for flexibility). Not only did Bryan convince us that Bath Planet was the right product for us, he did so in an open, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and undaunted (by the cynic's comments) manner, so that I saw the value in the (custom) product and work (no subcontracting) he guaranteed we would find with Morgan. We were moved by his enthusiasm for and endorsement of both the company and its products. He sought ways to aid us financially, including discounts for senior citizens, a six-month interest-free payment plan and even a bonus for guessing the project cost. When we were still hesitant, he called his manager and went to bat for us. As far as I'm concerned, Bryan hit this one out of the ball park.

Very painless experience. They worked hard on financing and we were updated every step of the way from their rep and office. About two weeks after measuring I received a call that the window and slider were in and installation only 2 days later! Install crew was professional, did a great job and walked us through everything they did to ensure satisfaction.

,installed 2 doors,french doors,and 2 windows and was totally satisfied with product,installation,courtesy,and service.They arranged for good financing,permitting,inspection,and a final walk through.They did all the little extras to make me happy.I would give them a rating of A+++ and never use anyone else for my doors and windows.

On the contract there was 3 windows, after i signed the contract i looked at it, and the sales man pout 2 windows, They installed only 2 windows, the installer said i should get 3 windows. The seals person came back and I told him i have only 2 windows and he wrote that in pan after i signed, you measured the third window i told him. I asked to me look me in the eye and tell me i paid this price for 2 windows he walked away. I was not able to find my clips, they took them for the special vertical blinds, and will bring them back, they never did. I spoke to the owner and Mr. Morgan said he will adjust my contract, he said he will put the third window, i said no, he said he will take care of it, he never did.

If you would like a shower remodeled in a week shy of 6 month this is the company for you. Also, a great lesson never believe a salesman unless it is in writing!!! The salesmen presentation was very good we had three others we liked his product. My wife is disabled and needed a walk in shower as soon as possible we asked the salesman how long have they been experiencing to finish the installation he said 6 to 7 weeks this was in line with the other companies, so we went with Morgan Exteriors. At 7 weeks heard nothing, so I called and asked when? I was sternly told to read my contract and yes it said they do not have to start for 8to 12 weeks they started on the 11th week. They worked hard for a week and then had to order the glass door it was installed 10 days later all was good until we took a shower it leaked. 2weeks later they came out and redid the threshold but when the door was installed it would only open one way it took two more weeks to get them to agree this was wrong and send someone to fix it. After that we have never been asked to sign a final completion or given any final package with their lifetime guarantee. So far the shower is working well Another lesson is to keep a detailed record of all communications with your contractor it is very helpful.

Chris Jackson associate/Salesman very helpful with picking out the windows I needed.showed me what I was buying .and explained the lifetime warranty a on his products. Installers Stan and Mike came out and installed the windows today. Very professional and did excellent job ,very neat and tidy. I highly recommend MORGAN exteriors.

Blake came out and made sure i was getting exactly what i needed for the price i needed it for. he made it a very smooth process and i was impressed with his knowledge of the product and customer service.

Crew was polite, quick, clean. I would recommend this company, they came when they said and the crew went above and beyond. Very happy with the finished product

Waiting another 8 to 12 weeks to start project, not my choice. No monies expended.

They measured the opening for the shower door and then had to order a custom made door without additional cost to me. When I noticed some water outside the door, they came back promptly and resealed it. The shower looks great and I am very pleased with the job they did.

I had my windows and sliding doors installed on 01/30/2019. I am very impressed with the quality of windows and doors. I am extremely satisfied with the installers Mike and Mike. They did an extremely GREAT JOB!!! They really take pride in there work. They cleaned up after themselves and left NO MESS at all. Thank you MIKE and MIKE FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!! And Thank you, Morgan, for having GREAT installers working for you!!

the windows are excellent quality, the work crew who installed them were polite, efficient, cleaned the work site after they were done & were very knowledgeable & took their time with each window to make sure each was installed correctly--morgan's finance plan is great too!--we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with morgan exteriors!
