We really love Morgan Exteriors and especially John Sundal, our salesman. John spent a great deal of time with us explaining all our options and John's boss did something for us that sealed the deal! They have not installed the windows yet so I will update my review after the windows are in but so far they have 5 stars from us.

I had requested a quote to replace my windows and door from multiples companies, and no one has provided the exceptional customer services that Bruce Lee from Morgan Exteriors has provide me. I never have the impression that he was selling me something knowing the security, I will have at home after the installation, is very important for me. I can't wait until the installation is complete. I highly recommend Bruce Lee as a vendor.

Installers were very clean, knowledgeable, hard workers. Had one issue with a screen. All staff has been great to work with.

We had 5 windows and 1 slider replaced and my experience with Morgan Construction from start to finish was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable and the administrative staff is friendly and efficient. In particular, the installers, Mike and Stan, were professional, respectful of our home, and went above and beyond to provide a very pleasant experience. My windows are beautifu!

First completely read the morgan group contract. Unless it is on the contract, it does not apply no matter what the salesman says. Neither one of the gentlemen, who came to install the gutters, appeared to understand english very well. Overall it was not a very good experience, but i did sign the contract and thus have to live with the results.

I do not think I received the product I payed for. The installation was poor and needs additional work. I am disappointed to the point that I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.
