Do not use their online ordering. The site is very poorly constructed and difficult to use. I used a debit card for one order and had two Lowes invoices posted to it. I tried Lowes corporate but spent 15 minutes on hold before giving up and then tried the store on Atlantic which was an even bigger waste of time. I spoke to 3 different people there and all they could do was to refer me to the same corporate number that I tried before. The only reason that I shop at Lowes is because Home Depot is even worse than them. Ace is the place but they are more expensive. They do have outstanding employees and a fairly good selection but are pricey. I guess you do get what you pay for. Lowes is subpar.

We really like this Lowe's and they were our first consideration for our remodeling project. The Kitchen Designer, Ruth, was very professional and came to our home to review our needs and draw up a plan for our renovation. Unfortunately, Lowe's uses a general contractor to supply its labor for remodeling projects and also requires Full Payment up front before work commences. While Lowe's is a reputable business this is a huge risk for a consumer. Also, the labor costs for this project were staggering. It turns out that by acting as our own General Contractors we have completed our more extensive than planned project - labor and materials - for less than the labor alone if we had used Lowe's. By using mostly Angie's List providers we have not had one bad experience so far.This is a huge project for us and, thankfully, we have the time right now to oversee this. It would have been much easier to use Lowe's but the costs were very prohibitive.
All this being said, the folks at the Atlantic Blvd. Lowe's have been fantastic to deal with regarding being the supplier for appliances and exterior doors. Lorie in Appliances, Chuck and Dave in Doors have been very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. The store manager was very helpful in helping us arrange paying for everything.
We really like this Lowe's and will use them in the future. They just have to re-think their installation policies and prices.

The new washer was to replace a similar washer we purchased from Lowe's 3 years ago, which had already malfunctioned. While I don't blame Lowe's for the short life of the first washer, it certainly doesn't help matters. The only reason we purchased Whirlpool again was because it matches the dryer and we already have the pedestal for it, otherwise we would have changed brands.
The problem we had was with the delivery. There is no way the two delivery guys who came to pull out the old machine and install the new machine are professionals. Any wall they came close to in the delivery process now needs to be repainted. I count 5 walls they marked up or dented in the process. They also somehow managed to put a chip in our mahogany front door trim, which has a 36 inch opening (the washer is 27 inches wide -plenty of room to avoid banging into the door frame).
I called one of the delivery guys and he got all huffy instead of apologizing like a professional would and told me to call the manager. I called the appliance department at Lowes three times but have been unable to get anyone to pick up the phone.

They're fabulous. I go to them all the time. I highly recommend them. They're by far my favorite. I like their customer service, products and prices. They just have fabulous service. They're exceptional. Everybody loves to go there. They're amazing. Their prices are very good. I have no complaints. Everything is A. They've been really good for me.

The people that work here are very helpful. This Lowe's has great management.

They did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome. There was one mistake where it was cut wrong and there was a delay of a couple of days but I am forgiving about that kind of thing. Their professionalism and their expertise and their promptness all stood out to me.

They were superb! The service in the store was phenomenal. They have a wonderful selection. Their installers were the best. They had the work finished in just a couple days and it was just great.

They did a really great job installing the tile. They were very timely. The end product is beautiful. It was a very good experience with them. The man who installed the tile was just great.

It went well with them. My only problem was that it took a couple of days for them to get out, but they were really busy.

I needed a new front door. Went to Lowe's to see what they had and how much it would cost. The salesman spent quite a good bit of time with me discussing options and costs. I wanted to save as much as possible, so he readily showed me where I could save if I was willing to get my hands dirty. I appreciated the amount of time and energy that was spent making sure I got what I wanted that I could afford. We still haven't purchased a new front door. But when we finally decide to put out the money, Lowe's will be in the running.

The installers from Lowe's arrived on time and with the correct flooring for both rooms that I had chosen at the store. They were polite and respectful. The installation itself went smoothly and the flooring looks wonderful. I recommend their service.

We waited three months for a door to be installed and then found out that it had been in stock the whole time. This was especially dismaying because we were replacing the door after being robbed. When the error was discovered, they did give us the door at no cost, charging us for installation only. I guess they fired the person responsible. Still all and all, I really don't trust their integrity anymore.

I liked that the workers for Lowes knew their materials for putting up the blinds. They were very helpful to me in treating my windows. The workers were very friendly, too. I would recommend them.

I liked that Lowes were very timely in having the countertops put into my home. I liked the price, it was very competitive. I would recommend Lowes for the job they did.

Lowes was very helpful to me in getting the mulch and putting it around my yard. I thought they were friendly. I would recommend Lowes for the help they gave me.

I would say that my overall experience with Lowes was very good. They were very helpful to me in installing the light fixtures. I would recommend them.
