Grasshopper Grounds has always been punctual and willing to work with my schedule. They have provided professional advice about our lawn and are polite and a pleasure to work with.

So happy I found Grasshopper Grounds on Angie's List. I had just moved into my home and there was a section in the back part of the yard where neither the builder nor the neighborhood took care of and it was a little overgrown. They took care of that and I have used them ever since for my lawn care needs (approximately for the last 5-6 weeks). Not only is the crew friendly, but my yard looks good and they seem to go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend them.

These guys did a great job mowing and cleaning up my yard. They were responsive to phone calls and provided prompt, professional service.

My experience with Jason has been great. He was willing to work with me to figure out a plan that was affordable for me and leaves my yard looking great. I have a challenging yard to mow, and he came out and did a trial cut to see what price he could do for me on a regular basis. We decided on $45 per cut, which is an excellent price for my lawn. Additionally, he was flexible with my payments when I accidentally forgot to leave him payment for a week.

Jason, the owner, is friendly, flexible and very easy to work with. He's always on site during the job and is always available for questions/concerns. During the slow-growth/dormant months of the year he allowed us to exchange the normal mowing/trimming/edging for seasonal yard clean-up like raking leaves and major pruning instead. This is a HUGE benefit and allowed us to still get our money's worth when the lawn didn't need to be mowed as much. This will also be really helpful once spring/summer hits because are yard will already be looking great. I also love that I can communicate with him via text message and he is willing to schedule his visit when I can be home to talk through some of the seasonal side work. I don't anticipate utilizing anyone else but Grasshopper Grounds for all my landscaping needs for the foreseeable future. They are GREAT!!!

I just moved into my house in January and found this company that came very highly recommended on Angie's list. I called on Thursday afternoon and was told they would be out Friday to give me an estimate for yard work. When Jason arrived he walked around the yard and asked what I wanted done. I am looking for someone to maintain the lawn regularly. After we discussed price, he stated that he could do the yard right then before his next appointment. He mowed, trimmed, edged and blew the leaves out of the garden. I was very pleased with the work and look forward to him repeating the service every other week. I have already told my neighbor about him and she would like to use his service also. Hopefully, if he can get enough clients on this side of town, I will become a regular customer.

I selected Jason after speaking to several companies selected from Angie's list. He gave us a reasonable quote for an annual contract based on the size of our lawn. He has been taking care of our lawn very well for last 6 months. There were few areas in the backyard with overgrown brush & weed I had tough time dealing with, he has cleared them out. Lawn and backyard look much improved from where he started. Only one minor issue with a new employee who did not realize that we had vegetable garden and sprayed some chemical on a small portion of it before my wife stopped him, I definitely recommend his services.

As usual everything looks great. I have been using grasshopper grounds since i moved to my house mid 2012 (previously live in an apt). Jason has always done a great job. I highly recommend grasshopper grounds.

Everything was great!!!!!!!!!!!

They arrived on time, quoted me a rate of $50/hr, and completed the job in 2 hours. There were a lot of hedges/shrubbery to trim (which was overgrown) and mulching to do around trees. Even though it was a very hot day, they completed the job within the time quoted and my yard looked great! Very professional, polite and prompt. I would definitely recommend.

I called and asked Jason for a quote based on previous reviews, and since the size of my yard was becoming too much for me to take care of myself. He arrived on time and gave me a great price. He came back a few days later to service the yard, and it already looks sooooo much better. We're also going to look into some landscaping in the fall from this company. If you want somebody who does what he says with a great work ethic and for a great price, call Jason at Grasshopper!

Jason does a great job! When I first called for the estimate, he was able to come the next day to give me a quote. He was prompt and friendly and has always been easy to get in touch with. Since that time (10+ weeks ago), Jason has been doing weekly lawn service for us. We are totally satisfied with his work, and I will definitely use his service for any other lawn needs.
