Description of Work: Bug Pro went over and beyond my hopes and expectations. We rent our daughter a beach cottage in her college town in Florida which was infested with brown recluse spiders along with their countless webs. Needless to say our daughter was terrified to stay in her home so stayed with friends instead. She called in tears and explained the situation. I called Bug Pro and was immediately put at ease with the professionalism on the other end of the phone. They treated for the spiders as well as cleaned all webs, contacted our landlord and requested she have the trees and bushes trimmed back away from the house due to being an easy entry access into the house. They were so wonderful that they called to check in with my daughter to make sure everything was remaining spider free as well as kept in touch with me to keep me updated on the progress. It has been 3 months from the initial treatment and the house has been spider and web free. We signed up for the monthly outside maintenance which can be adjusted at any time depending on activity or in our case lack there of from spiders. We cannot recommend everyone at this company enough!!! First class in every way!!! Sincerely The Thunes
