I contacted Bug PRO after seeing what appeared to be flying ants in my living room. They met me at my house that same day, and discovered I actually had termites. They performed a complete inspection and found three areas of active infestation. Nikki was very informative - she showed me the termites, explained what to look for, and made sure I understood all of my options. They came out very quickly after that to perform the actual treatments, explained all actions they were taking very clearly, and were extremely professional and friendly.

The service man was polite. He did his spraying and left.

Knowledgeable, professional pest tech spent two full hours carefully going through all areas of the house, inside & out, treating each area as necessary. Pest problem has been solved.

The technician showed up as scheduled, did a very thorough job, and even provided a great amount of ancilliary information as well.

.The technician called first as we asked and this was a Saturday appointment which was nice so we would be off work. He was on time and asked questions regarding our problem. He went to work and seemed thorough in his work. He was polite and professional. Over the weeks that followed we did notice less bugs, so it seemed to do the trick

It was an Angies List special deal. Called and got an appt within days, Knowledgeable young man arrived on time and treated inside and outside the house in about 1.5 hrs. Scraped under the eaves, did the garage.

Outstanding!! I live in Florida. The bugs were here first. Bug Pro does an excellent job of keeping them out. If we see them and call. They come right out and re-apply. I buy the yearly plan for my home and 2nd home at the beach.

He was very punctual and he seemed very thorough as he gave me a detailed report. He was good on all categories.

Terrence came out and gave us an estimate and mentioned how they had a 90 day service that they could offer. He was extremely professional and showed up when scheduled. Our lawn looked better after treament, but since then we have had freeze damage and the lawn looks sad right now. We will certainly call them back to give us another treatment. I recommened them as this writing. I will update later if anything changes.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bug Pro. They keep the Palmetto bugs from invading my home and they are very responsive to my service requests under the agreement and are very knowledgeable. Their customer service is outstanding and their prices are competitive. I truly feel that they value my business. When Alex came to my home over a year ago he pointed out some items that could create favorable conditions for termites (mulch and a short A/C drain line). Being new to Florida, I appreciated this information. James is my tech. now and it is nice having someone consistent service my home.
