Brian was very courteous and ordered the part required for the chair, called me to set up time for repair and repaired the chair to my satisfaction.

Brian's response by phone to my late night posting on Home Advisor was very fast (the next day) and he came right away (that same afternoon). He made two trips to Lowe's to get the correct part to replace the wheel on our patio door. He was slightly pricey, but MUCH cheaper than replacing the door. He was friendly and personable, but still managed to work steadily and got the job done quickly. He even fixed our garage door opener. We will definitely call him again for any home project large or small. What a great find!
