On top of their game! Calling to check in, order came in on time. I was worried about a measurement of sill. He came out again and remeasured to assure that it was accurate. Very knowledgeable about product and had very good suggestions on style and size. Ordered the plantation shutters for my bedroom, closet, and bathroom. Techs that did installation were very clean and concerned about how every shutter was installed. No mess when finished. Will have them back for sliding glass door as well as possible bedroom. Very happy. Also, price was very competitive and honored their estimate at the home show. The shutters installed were same as seen at the show. Love the white, very clean and elegant!!!

Everything that was promised happened and on time. We bought hidden tilt plantation shutters for all windows and sliders in our new home. They are beautiful and of high quality. After a couple of estimates for Plantation shutters for our condo, we settled on Shutter Professionals. And Professional they are! I cannot begin to tell you how satisfied we are, especially the wife! She was ecstatic after the installation was completed. We had a remodel done on our master bedroom. Adding the Plantation Shutters gave the room a totally different look which is amazing! Shutter Professionals is a family owned business. Nathan (owner) and his son were courteous, efficient and just a great team. They showed up on schedule. We had 4 sets of Plantation Shutters installed that took about 1 1/2 hours. The shutter quality is top notch! And lest I forget, the price for the shutters and installation was, can I say incredible? Find out yourself and get an estimate from sales manager Dean Marshall. His presentation was exceptional and he answered every question we had. If I could post pictures, I would. And, if I could, I would give them a 10 star rating....trust me. Great quality and workmanship and price

I received a return phone call for the initial consult within 10 mins, and the consult appointment within a few days, on day and time of my convenience. The 2 price choices were explained to me (shutters for my 2 solid pane front doors), as well as the difference in delivery time,etc. I did have to follow up for status report after a few weeks, as I anticipated the shutters to be near-ready. Turned out they were ready for install, and that occurred within 2 days, and was quickly, professionally accomplished. To date (about a month later) I'm very happy, and expect that to continue.

We are building a new house. We scheduled the installation of our shutters for the day after closing. The entire experience from the measurement to the installation went perfectly without a hitch. They highly exceeded my expectations in every respect. Very professional and knowledgeable. I ordered shutters for six windows. I figured it would take all day for the process. They were in and out within an hour and a half. The shutters are so beautiful. The quality is top notch. The shutters also arrived exactly on the day they were promised. Everyone I had contact with was wonderful. I would highly recommend this company to my best friend. I had priced shutters from another company who ships them to your home and you install them yourself. This company was almost as economical as the DYI version. I just can't say enough good things.
