They did a fantastic job from explaining why products they were using and why to showing up when they said they would. Also completing the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any tile or grout project

Advanced grout and tile is100% professional. polite and excellent at there job. I had a broken tile 12 by 12 with tricky angles that had to be cut and they did a spectacular job with no reservations. I highly recommend them for any type of tile job and you will be ad thrilled as i am.

Very professional and a great experience. James gave us an estimate, the only pro to come over. Beautiful work. Re-grouting and tile repair. Efficient, on-time. Again, very professional. A perfectionist as far as matching and repairing tiles and grout. We had old tile in the garage which was cut and used in every spot we needed. Wonderful!

James is an honest nonsense man. What he says he will do, he does Always on time and works till the job is done perfectly. I like that he is a perfectionist.I recommend James to anyone who needs any type of tile job done. As a side note Home Advisor gave me the names of 2 different contractors who both made appointments with me to come and give me estimates. Neither one showed up or called. I found James through his ad in the Suncoast News and I am so happy I called him.

Came late twice. No call. Sprayed acid on tile and never returned or called. Abandoned job. Horrible work ethic. Should be removed from your list of recommended businesses.

Very trustworthy and honest. They regrouted only what was necessary with a nice epoxy sealant for a quarter of the cost of a complete re-grout of all the tiles. The job turned out beautiful and I am very happy. Very nice gentlemen, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional, honest grout and tile company.

James called me within minutes of my posting on Home Advisor. He and his assistant, Shane, were on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. There were a few spots that didn't come out right the first time but when called, they were more than prompt in correcting the situation. I would hire them again without hesitation

We are very satisfied with our floors. These guys did a terrific job making sure the tiles were laid out perfectly. Showed up every day on time and completed the project on time. Friendly, personable and worked with you as far as competitor price match. A few things to note is that I found them to be a bit messy and didn't do a very good job cleaning up work areas but truly not a biggie in comparison to the overall project. I also waited a few weeks to do my review as well to let the floor and the job itself settle in. The floors truly look great. Area of concern was that I dropped a small splatter of spaghetti sauce onto the floor which immediately stained the grayish/white looking grout. I thought there was an additive added to the grout to protect it from stains so I'm a bit skeptical that it was not added or not enough was added. Other than that I'll have to be more careful.

Advanced Grout and Tile responded exceptionally fast to our request through Home Adviser. We had a tile that needed replaced, it had cracked. We knew it would be hard to get someone to come out on a small job. James was working in the area and told us they could probably take care of it after the job he was working on that afternoon. We were so please and surprised, not only did James and Shane do a quality job but showed up, on time and were so nice. Very Professional. We know we will have to replace this tile floor in the near future and you can be sure we will b using Advanced Grout & Tile. Thanks James Shane for a great job. !! We are very satisfied with our floor tile that was laid down in our bedroom. It was done to perfection. It was a real pleasure to have friendly and pleasant men like James and Shane doing this job . I wouldn't hesitate to hire and recommend them to people. A job well done. We hired them because of the 5* rating.

UPDATE; He made the settlement, but he said it would be received within a week but it took longer. The frustration and the time from day one with him, is very time consuming. This has been going on since Christmas Eve. Definitely don't call him.** I was left with a mess, no follow-up. I put all hours Christmas Eve scrubbing on my hands and knees, I was provided a product that didn't work. I went and bought another product from Home Depot out of pocket. Phone calls not returned, no advice or communications, my last phone call to him was cut short. I'm still stuck with a mess.
