On The Spot Cleaning Service

As usual, Pam did an excellent job cleaning my home.  Pam, until now, had a partner helping her.  Her partner was her husbandwho became very ill suddenly last Fall and passed away less than 2 weeks ago.  Even with all those difficulties and stress she isworking very hard and doing a great job.  I have used On the Spot for approx 5 years and have used other cleaning services forover 25 years, and by far, Pam is the best one I ever used.  I will continue using On the Spot as long as Pam is in business.

Contacted Pam gave her my details pertaining to my desire to have a dependable bi-monthly cleaning service.  She agreed that they would be available on Thursday,s.  They preformed the cleaning service and told me they would see me in 2 weeks.  Then comes the part I don't understand.  There was a series of communications between Pam and I and constantly there was some type of excuse as to why they were unable to show up again.  The first couple of times I totally understood or at least thought it was unforeseeable, but this last attempt was flat out unprofessional. I confirmed with Pam several times during the week and the day she was expected, waited all afternoon NO CALL and NO SHOW... Wrong and frustrating just know that  you can boldly tell someone yes I will be there and then stand them up with no explanation...  if you choose to use this cleaning service you run a extremely high risk of the same undependable and misleading promises.

Pam and Donnie came to clean our apartment in July 2011.  When I called to make the appointment, Pam was very sweet over the phone and described their range of cleaning services, the cleaning products they use as well as the price.  They were available to come within the same week that I called.  When they arrived, they go to work right away and did a great job.  The place was spotless  - the floors, countertops, sinks were shining!  My husband and I were very pleased.  On top of that, they are a really sweet couple and both made us laugh.  Pam also shared some of her cleaning secrets with me (which I have to admit I already forgot...).  I wish I had the money to hire them to come every week - but I simply don't.  I usually clean on my own and will have to call them when I need a "major cleaning" job for now.  Hopefully I'll be able to use them more often sometime in the (near) future.  Thanks Pam and Donnie!

I have already referred her out to other people.  She is absolutely phenomenal.  She charges $65 every other Monday.  In comparison, another service cost me $90 for the same thing.  They are wonderful.  One of my good friends is already using her to get her house cleaned.  I can?t say enough good things about her.  She does it along with her husband.  I feel comfortable with them in my house.  They will do whatever to make me happy.  They work very very hard to make sure that I am pleased with what they are doing.  I work out of the house, so I am there when they do the cleaning.  They are very conscientious and not obtrusive at all.  There is nothing bad I can say about them.  The communication is great.  She tells me when she is coming.

On The Spot are prompt and very thorough. They are so thorough that they walk through the house with me to make sure I am happy. It is a husband and wife team and they are great!

started out good..but when I told them I expected not to find crumbs etc..they walked off the job , Very UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE IN THIS SITUATION, and VERY IMMATURE! You just do not do that in business..If they had called an talked this over with me like professionals this posting would not be here. I gave them 24 hours plus.

From our first meeting Pam was on-time. This is very important to our house hold as we travel for a living. Just as her time equal money, does ours! She respects that and runs her business accordingly.

Excellent Job!! I would recommend this team to anyone. They are very personable but still get the work done. It's like having a friend come over and help clean but they do all the work!

They are very friendly to be sure but don't let it fool you. They are not very thorough at all. They showed up early which was nice. They came into the house and commented on how clean it was compared to other new contruction houses they have cleaned in the past. I left them in the house and ran a few errands expecting it to take a couple of hours. They called me 45 minutes later. It was the end of the day and the light wan't that good. They showed me the floor which was done well and the kitchen counter top which was pretty good. Then in the rest of the diminishing light I gave it a quick look expecting the rest to be the same as the floor and countertop. It wasnt' until the next day did I see how poor of a job they really did. If you don't want a through cleaning and will be satisfied with a good "once over" then they are for you. If you want a careful detailed cleaning go some where else.

Pam is a wonderful cleaner. She is very responsive and easy going. She and her husband Don do a wonderful job with the whole house. They are extremely good with all of our animals and take care of them as well as cleaning the house. I highly recommend them.

I had co-signed on an apartment rental for someone who left the place in a terrible condition. This company has been cleaning my house for years and I knew they were the best people for the job. In order to get my security deposit back I needed the place to shine and when Pam & Donnie were finished it did! The electric stove and oven were a mess with burned on food and grease. I don't know how they did it but it looked almost new when when I inspected the apartment. I was very impressed with how they cleaned the bathroom and the rest of the place. Although the apartment was small, I did not wait to hear their fee. I knew how hard they would work and felt they deserved at least $100. They were well worth it.

I called last week to schedule a time. Pam was professional and schedule me within the week. She called to confirm this morning and showed up on time. The team moved through the apartment with precision and created a spotlessly clean apartment. I will absolutely be using them again.

Pam responded to my request for information promptly. She attended our appointment on a timely basis. Her explanation of services, sincere dedication to her business. She has proven herself to be efficient, considerate and thorough in her cleaning. I have asked her to make me a regular client with a biweekly schedule. I am so excited on the days she is scheduled. I can't wait to get home to my lovely clean house. Thank you Pam

They are always willing to do something different that I ask for. They have a key to my home and are extremely trustworthy. They are dependable and never miss an appointment.
