Eddie came out and did the estimate and was so pleasant, personable and knowledgeable that in spite of his estimate being slightly higher than the lowest bid, I decided to go with his company. I'm glad I did (the difference was $200 between his and the lowest bid, but he was fully $1000 less than the highest bid). He kept me appraised of the the progress and changes in his scheduling (we live in Florida and rain disrupts outdoor work of this nature), and when his crew showed up on the day of the scheduled work, they were efficient and professional. When it was all finished they cleaned up their debris, hosed everything down and left it looking amazing! Gracias, Eddie and crew! Phenomenal job! Highly recommended!

Eddie, is very easy to work with, very responsive to you as the customer. I would highly recommend him to any one considering Paver services.

We have since decided to not go through with the project. This was in NO WAY the fault of Eddie or the company. We found him to be professional and polite in all respects.

From the very start, dealing with Eddie was a pleasant experience. He was prompt in his replies, very clear in communication, fair priced, and did a great job. We would not hesitate to use him, or refer him - an excellent contractor in all areas.

Stop! Before you agree with any other company, you need to speak to Eddy! I have done my homework and contacted several other companies listed on Angie's list. Yes, they were professional, but the prices were not appealing. I spoke to Eddy over the phone, and scheduled an appointment. During 5 minutes of our meeting, I knew that he was the one for the job. I had that "feeling" and I was not disappointed. He is very knowledgeable, and his workers are exceptional. Their works ethics are great as well, and they work with little or no supervision. They call you just to make sure the progress is to your liking, and to confirm some trouble areas with you. I had some materials left over, and I asked Eddy if they could do a small area, and no hesitation, they were on it. Even chopped off a tree to get it done more professionally. I am a single woman, and many times people try to take advantage, but not with this company! He is welcoming, inviting, but more importantly, he will advise you on what to do to save some money!

The job went very well and I'm very happy with everything from start to finish. The owner came out to my home very promptly to give an estimate for the work that I needed done. When I called him back later on that evening and expressed my need for the job to be finished this week before Friday he was able to make my request and did so happily. The workers came on time and worked very hard non stop to complete the job perfectly. They were courteous and efficient. When the job was finished they worked past dark cleaning up all areas involved. The next morning we noticed another small area that we wanted paved, when I text the owner he responded immediately and was more than happy to comply. Despite their very busy schedule they made a huge effort and returned promptly. The small additional area was also completed quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about the job completed, the workers and the owner. The quality of workmanship on the job is exceptionally good and I am so pleased with my new walkway, front porch area and small front patio area!

Eddie responded immediately to my phone call and came out the same day to measure the area. Brought by samples a few times because I was indecisive on color/style but show me pictures of jobs he had completed and made my decision easier. He ordered all the material and had a crew at my home leveling the ground as planned. Material should have been delivered the same day but had some unforeseen delay. He apologized and even brought in an extra worker the next day and completed the job as planned. I am having a hot-tub installed and he even added extra support in the designated area. The patio looks great and very happy with the color choice.

The owner promptly responded to our request for estimates. He was helpful and personable. He identified a couple additional places that needed attention in addition to the ones of which I was aware. He explained why the spaces naturally deteriorate over time (the angle of the circular drive, tree roots, water accumulation, etc.) and require occasional maintenance. He sent an email estimate within 24 hours. After reviewing three proposals from local vendors, we chose Brick Paver Medic-- while all three estimates covered the same basic repairs, theirs was the only one that specifically used steel rebar to reenforce the concrete restraints. Of the three, Brick Paver Medic was priced in the middle-- the lowest within a few dollar and the higher one, much higher (by several hundred dollars) for the same work. We decided to have BPM do both the repairs and the maintenance. BPM scheduled us in about a week's time with the understanding "weather permitting." Of course, this was rainy season so the repair was delayed a few days, but the owner kept us informed. The repairs were very professionally done: lifting up the damaged area, re-installing pavers and building a new concrete restraint in the damaged area, with rebar this time. The results were excellent, A+. The Maintenance part was scheduled and rescheduled because of rain; again we were kept informed with apologies. The worker showed up on time and got to work. Admittedly, the pressure cleaning was not quite 100%, (missing a few spots on the edges), but altogether with cleaning, sanding, and sealing-- very satisfying results. If you have a brick paver driveway or patio, we highly recommend Brick Paver Medic. Personable, Professional, Reasonable, Great results.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. WORKED AROUND MY BUDGET AND DID A GREAT JOB ON THE INSTALL. WILL USE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
