All aspects went surprisingly well. When it comes to home projects, nothing ever goes perfect but they made sure to make me happy. I can’t say enough about the team at Prestige.

This company exceeded my expectations! Everyone was friendly and very professional. The installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up and took care of all the hassles of moving furniture around with care.

Prestige did a great job seeing the installation through to the very end. They made sure even the smallest details were taken care of.

I am very satisfied with my windows and doors. Robert, the owner and the other staff I worked with were very attentive and worked with me the whole way through from ordering the products up until inspection. The workers were always on time!

Went well while home with the installers. At one point had to leave and the installer's failed to put up barrier and dust went all over the house.

The process was pretty seamless and very professional from start to finish. The only reason that I give a B on responsiveness was that we had a hiccup with my HOA approvals and sometimes it was tough to get ahold of my project manager or sometimes they asked me to do things or submit documentation with quick turnaround. The quality of work was really good; the price matches the quality and professionalism of the work.

Everything was done very professionally and on schedule as promised. The saleswoman, Erika, was very knowledgeable and explained the types of windows and materials available. I received an itemized list of all windows and prices. The installers arrived on time and were courteous and worked efficiently. They were neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. This was not the least expensive of all my estimates, but I chose them because I felt comfortable with the salesperson and the information I was given. I am happy with my choice.

Went well while someone was home. They put up barriers inside the home so the dust would not spread; however, when the installers were left alone they did not put the barrier up and dust was all over the house. Other than that, was happy with everything else.

At the time of the installation they were very professionals, very clean, we are happy with the product and we choose Prestige for our next project.

Review Our experience w/ Prestige Windows & Doors was awesome! Chris Rivas was our sales person & he came by our house & showed us our options on all the windows. He was super nice, honest, polite, & we felt very comfortable w/ him. He helped us choose the windows that best met our needs. Gave us a demonstration on the windows w/ & w/out Low-E. Amazing! Talk about red carpet treatment. All we had to do is pick & sign, & the rest history. Prestige handled everything w/ the permitting & our HOA. We went w/ CGI Sentinel w/ Low-E. The installers were professional & very nice. We just had a baby & they made sure the noise & dust was minimal. We were surprised on how fast & cleaned they worked. They completed our house in 2 days. We’ve had the windows now for 6 months & our FPL billed has lowered from $300 to $170. The house stays cooler & he don’t hear any noise outside. My wife & I are extremely happy with our windows & doors. Don’t waste your time shopping around. Remember, you pay for what you get. You may save a few bucks elsewhere but you won’t get the quality of windows & service you get w/ Prestige Windows & Doors. We highly recommend them.

I have used Prestige Windows and Doors on two occasions. I've had all the windows and doors in my house replaced to impact grade using Prestige. I have never been disappointed. The caliber of workmanship is A+. Prestige as a company does not disappoint. From the sales rep. Malena to the coordinator, Jessie and office staff, to their amazing installers. The entire experience from beginning to end is stress free. The installers are meticulous and their attention to detail is superb. They are on time and are very professional. If you are looking to have your windows and doors replaced this is the company to hire. you will not be disappointed.

I called this am and got voice mail, so I left a message. I was just called back this afternoon and told that the minimun job they will accept is 4 windows, so they can't help me. This company must have so much business that they can pick and choose what work they accept - I guess they want the big $$$ contracts, which they would have gotten if they had accepted our 2-sliding glass doors project and done a good job. We had a bad experience with another window company when we replaced our upstairs windows with impact glass - all of the windows leaked for 2 years, and we have to pay to fix it ourselves - long story. that's why I want to start with two windows. in a March 20th, 2018 Prestige post to a customer comment, Prestige said, that they take care of customers whether the job is big or small: "Service Provider Response: We apologize for our sales representative. We take care of all of our customers weather the job is big or small.We will make sure you are called and given a special discount. Again we apologize and will make this right. Based on my experience with them, this is definitely not the case!!

Haven’t installed yet but my husband and I can not be more pleased with the quality of service we have experienced with Prestige. The information that was given to us at the first initial appointment and then the answers to our questions were exactly what we needed to make our final decision. We can’t wait to see the rest of the process and thank you Prestige for your time and quality of service.

Very good customer service. Erika answered all of our questions and came prepared with all the proper documentation for the windows. I was contacted by the project manager 2 days after signing the agreement. So far the attention has been excellent.

This company provided a quote for the installation of three impact windows in 2016. I recently called them to get a quote on installing 5 windows as part of our current renovation project. I spoke to the same sales rep (Malena) and she requested the window sizes via email instead of coming out to our home since she had been here two years ago. I provided sizes for the windows we were looking to purchase and install the very next day via email. After not hearing from the sales rep over a week after, I emailed her to inquire about the status of our estimate. No response. It is now close to a month since my request and I have not heard back. Business must be very good that they can afford to ignore new customers.

Erika was very pleasant to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and options. The works has not begun as yet but if Erika is an example of how this company works, I am sure we will be more than pleased.

I just signed the contract today but my impressions so far is as follows. It was the most thorough presentation. All bases were covered. Everything that would be covered in the price was explained. The company was local along with the window manufacturer which I prefer. My impression was that this was company was run professionally. The sample of the window and frame gave me confidence that I was buying a good quality window installed by was by experienced Prestige installers vs sub-contractors. The price was also very competitive.

“You only get one chance to make a first impression” That saying rings sooooo true when it comes to Prestige Windows & Doors. Starting from my initial point of contact Kevin Kappler. His communication skills & response time is amazing. This company makes you feel like you are their ONLY customer even when they are slammed with work post Hurricane Irma. Jessy (my project coordinator) also never lost her cool & kept me reassured through the entire process. I absolutely love my CGI Sentinel sliding doors that open from both ends & my horizontal sliding window (3 panel equal lites). The guys that came out to install also worked very diligently while keeping their work space clean (and I’m pretty OCD with cleanliness). Some of my old windows shattered while removing them & they cleaned up all the glass that fell even in the grass. Prestige worked with my homeowners association to ensure everything was properly coordinated & also made sure to send them all required documentation (including but not limited to worker’s compensation, license, general liability insurance). They left no stone unturned & to top it off, I even received a call the following day to make sure everything went smoothly & to ask if I had any questions. I highly recommend these folks & you’d be a fool to choose any other company. I got at least 8 estimates & Prestige stood out from the competition. Every step of the way (even when my nerves got the best of me) they assured me they “got this”. Continue doing what you guys do...you make a fabulous team. WONDERFUL COMPANY! SECOND TO NONE!!!

Very Professional and excellent work! From start to finish I was very happy with the salesperson (Erika's) knowledge, the office personal (Jessy) , the installers ( meticulous) and the follow-up after completion. Everything went smoothly and as expected. I highly recommend Prestige Windows & Doors.
