house cleaning
 + -1 moreone of the most exasperating, frustrating, annoying experiences I have ever had. I suppose she felt I was a 'captive', and she didn't feel it necessary to comply with my requests, and even through I'm old school cleaning products, Lysol Basin tub, and tile cleaner,for the tiles and appliences, to cut the grease from gas cooking,ect. floor cleaner... again Lysol w/lavender floor cleaner and a little bleach kills all the animal dirt/germs the dogs bring in from a hard day in the shade of the fenced back yard! I am picky, I know that I am and after having been through the surgical procedures I've been through to regain my health and abilities as I wear many hats around here, and I do not have time for someone that would take advantage of the situation! She was not asked to care for any of the animals, or to clean up the messes from my rehab/release critters, I took care of those myself the job was simple, not rocket science it cost me to have a 'dolt' in my home! I am presently looking for someone to come in at least once a week to pick up the slack... I'll keep looking!
Description of Work: Holly,the particular indiviual that came, could not and would not follow instructions of the simplest terms, ie; DO NOT DRY DUST, she spent 8 hours in the kitchen(the first day) chasing dust from one area to another, it looked as though they were plowing the fields for planting! I am extremely allergic to dust, she LITERALLY REFUSED TO USE THE CLEANING PRODUCTS I PROVIDED! The house is very old, I was in a wheelchair and had been for over two years, so I was pretty much a captive audience,and the kitchen smelled of cheap, ineffectual,cleaning products! She wanted to be paid for the day, which I reminded her I pay once the job is finished. The second day, again with the kitchen, another 4 hours, at which time I stopped her, gave her her money and sent her away... She has since approached me, now that I am again able to walk and function, at near optimum, and has advised me she has a partner... NOT ON A BET!
