LOWE'S

We had carpeting installed in November, and we are still dealing with those who points the finger at the installer who points the finger at the manufacture. Anyway, who’s fault do you think it is?

I guess the pricing was ok. They are fine. Decent about that. Yes, we did. Ok, fine. Lowes is not as friendly, as other places. Lowes if they see you looking around, they run the other way. Hide from you They don't want to help you, or answer any questions. Act like they are in a bad mood. I would use them to shop prices, to see how they land on things. I use them because they are convenient, and get the competitive prices. They are fine. Don't ask them any questions. Hope you know what you want when you get there. Customer service I guess.

I loved it! I thought it was great deal and I wish they did that offer it more.

The sales representatives were extremely knowledgeable.  They patiently explained the process, gave an estimate of when the product would arrive and ordered the materials.  After ordering the selected flooring and giving an approximate delivery date, the flooring actually arrived early. 
The two brothers from Precision Tile arrived on the predesignated date of Wednesday, 3/20/13 at 8:00am.  It took four days to complete four rooms and a hallway.  They worked tirelessly until lunch, returned after one hour and did not leave until somewhere between 4:30 to 6:00pm. 
They went from room to room moving furniture, removing carpet, cleaning the concrete subfloor, applying glue, and laying the planks and transition.  They finished on Saturday.  However, as the glue set it began to ooze from under the transitions over previously tiled floors.  When we called Precision Tile, they came out Monday morning without hesitation and removed the excess glue. 
The floors look beautiful.  We could not be more pleased with the installers performance.  They were extremely polite and professional.  We highly recommend Lowes and Precision Tile.

Overall, the process of purchasing, delivery and installation was EXCELLENT!  Matthew was our sales specialist and very knowledgeable of the products and entire process.  Scott was right on target with his measurements and we had very little in products left over; just enough to keep on hand for some repairs.  Biron and Tim with great positive attitudes delivered the laminate and other products and stacked them in the front bedroom.  Jeremy and Larry were the first installers to arrive and began furniture moving and the rip out process of carpet and pads in the living room.  They discovered the uneven slab, called Scott and then Clay at Lowe's to confer with them.  Clay then came to our home for a visual and measurements and then went back to do an estimate with a worse case/best case picture.  That afternoon they went to Lowe's and brought back the leveling compound and laid it in the living and dining rooms.  It took four days for it to dry and then they laid the first laminate.  They then ripped up the family room and found they could just patch that part of the slab but after tearing out the carpet and pad in the master bedroom, found out that leveling would have to be done there as well.  That would take another four days to dry before that could receive the laminate, which would be on the last day, Friday 17 February.  Fortunately the front two bedrooms did not need any patching or leveling.  Randy and Charles joined the team after the first day and finally finished the job with the master bedroom.  We painted the quarter-round and they installed it.  Susie and Wanda at the Lowe's office did all of the tracking and checked back with us frequently to see how everything was proceeding and what questions we mighty have.  The entire experience from start to finish was excellent and all involved did superb work with a positive can do attitude.  Lowe's and this team of professionals get my highest marks.  It was worth every dollar spent!
