Lazaro and his team were wonderful to work with through the entire project. We were having a tough time deciding on a color from our HOA’s list of options and Lazaro made a special trip to put up a sample of the three colors which was super helpful in the process. I contracted Mr Lazaro Casas to paint the exterior of my home. The workmanship was top notch. Delivered as promised. Workers were polite and hard working. Arrived on time. At the end of the project Mr. Lazaro did a walk through around my house checked every detail to make sure everything was done to my expectation, which it was. Area was left clean no debris . I would definitely, without any hesitation, contract Mr. Lazaro and his crew again.

Lazaro did an outstanding job. He spent 30 minutes inspecting my house and explaining his process. As we spoke, he made an effort to set my expectations realistically. His team did an outstanding work. They respected my personal property, and demonstrated a high level of attention to detail. Great job!

This group are the cleanest, neatest and nicest group of very hard workers you could possibly find! And the paint job was top notch!

What I am most disappointed in, is he came started painting and left for 5 hours. No explanation. He left a painter to paint by paintbrush. She did not speak English. Her quality of painting was poor. She could not paint a straight line. When Lazaro returned, he had an unbelievable explanation for his absence. I had him stay an extra day to fix poor brush painting. He apparently became angry. He left all trash from his truck such as used materials from painting plus mail and other personal materials. He also left 5 gallon paint can that was contaminated with no lid. This I have to figure out how to dispose of properly. At present time the house looks great but he told me he did a lot of prep work I did not see him perform. Time will tell, of the completed items discussed.

My house looks Brand New thanks to Lazaro's Painting Service. Job started on time and included pressure washing, full exterior painting, including soffits and facial. They matched original paint colors perfectly. The crew is very professional and paid great attention to detail. They did the work under budget with no money down. This is a five star business and I plan to hire them again to repaint the interior of my home. Thanks again Lazaro!!!

Lazaro came out and looked at our house which was badly in need of a paint job. He was professional and thorough and told us exactly what he would do. We got a detailed estimate and the price was very reasonable. No payment up front was required. His crew came on the date we had scheduled and did a wonderful job. Every inch of the house was pressure washed, caulked and taped. The crew was courteous, detail oriented and hard working. We are so pleased with the final product! I canâ t recommend him highly enough!

They showed up, started, and completed the work exactly as they said they would. All areas of concern were addressed quickly and correctly. They, not only power washed the house prior to painting they also power washed our driveway and sidewalk as part of the project. They removed our downspouts and on further examination we found that they were careless in replacing them. Screws were not lined up properly, paint was worn off the screws from improper handling and the downspouts themselves were scratched in several places. Painting was done well but clean up and finishing left something to be desired.
