They do good work for the most part, but they are pricey and they are an upsell machine. Customer service lacks flexibility so dont look for any special treatment vis a vis appointments.

Needed a wall mount TV moved 12 inches. The Mr. Sparky tech hadn t done this work before. Estimate was over $400. Paid $20. Service fee and did the work myself. Very clunky process

i contacted Mister Dparky as a last resort due to their prices but they came out when they be said they would and were willing to revise my project in to phases. Thank you Mr. Sparky for your awesome customer service!!!

Using home advisor app was simple and easy. Contact with vendor was stressful. Their phone numbers did not come back to anything local. Once I did get in contact, the tech explained what comes with initial determination for $20. Visual only. If they have to touch the problem it would $300. Ridiculous. Reminds me to use old fashion method of contracting an electrician.

The electrician was on time and found the problem but took it upon himself to make a list of other electrical problems in the house even though I had not asked him to do so. They were very expensive and fixed a GFI on the heat pump and broke or screwed up the thermostat. I had to call someone else to fix the thermostat. I called Mr Sparky about the problem with the thermostat and was told that I would be charged for a service call if it turned out to be something they did not cause which it was. The company had no concern for me as the client.
