The person on the phone was misleading when I asked what would be the.service charge to give me an estimate of the cost to repair. He said I would not be charged a service charge. When the electrician came he looked at the outlet and told me it would cost $175 to diagnose the trouble before he did anything! That amount would be applied to any additional costs. When I told him what I had been told on the phone he said he showed up for free! I reluctantly agreed to his charge. He removed the outlet and fixed it in 5 minutes! When I asked what was wrong with it he said that's why you have experts. No explanation. When my husband got home he had to call them to get an answer. Somehow I didn't feel right about the whole thing. If your service charge is $175 tell me up front so i can make that decision before I select you.

The installers they sent to me were knowledgeable, professional and mannerly. Pierre and Allen arrived on time, made suggestions as to optimizing my electrical capacity inside and outside of my home for safety and resale purposes. I would definitely rehire them again.

Professional, on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, Kept informed of the entire process, explained in detail the work done and the charges, and was given options for different services to upgrade electrical work. I would hire them again.

They were very expensive they knew what the problem was before they gave me a charge of $350 I was very disappointed yes the service was good but they were way too expensive I would not recommend them to anybody

After they finished the project I felt more safe and secure in my home. There are a lot of problems in my home and I would call on them again.

Over priced. Was ok paying 300 for putting wires in to wall. Not ok with 800 to add a gfci plug. Got estimate to add 100 amp service. 14,800 ? Wait what?? No way it?s that much.

This was the worse experience I?ve ever had. I rarely write reviews. This company was the worst I?ve ever have did business with.

INSTALLED NEW TRANSFORMER ON A LARGE FAN WITH 22 FOOT LADDER

Great customer service, excellent technical work, however they had to cut into the drywall and left it unfinished. They did not bring it back to the condition it was in. Cut a whole, patched the seam and left the spakle unsanded and unpainted. I would hire them again as they did some difficult work thqat several others didn't want to do and overall they did it very well. They were expensive though and charged me more than they told me without getting my preapproval for the additional costs.

Good job! Well done, clean & curteous. By clean, I mean that he picked up after himself. Didn't leave a mess like the previous company that didn't even cone back to finish a difficult job
