I have been around for a long time, no execute for not showing up when telling me you would be here on time. I do not blame Mister Sparky, it is Angi problem. This is not the first time, that Angi failed me, lol.

He was bought in to check a 40 amp breaker on a #10 wire that should have been on a 30 amp, he came in checking things I never asked for my ac unit which was new, my ground wiring which had already passed inspection, I just felt overwhelmed that he did not stick with what I asked for A ten minute job cost us 547.00 because I needed it done by the next day, we were over charged!

They were very professional, friendly, and informative. But expensive for the work that he ended up doing. Changing an outlet cost more than $350.

very good experience

Had scheduled someone to come out and look at an electrical issue in a house I am buying. Called and got it scheduled, but they said they had to call the seller to get his permission. No problem. I am out of the house the day of the appt waiting when I get a text towards the end of the appt window saying it is scheduled for the next day. I call to find out why and get told there was an emergency call that came in. I ask what constitutes an emergency during normal business hours when I am already on the schedule. I was told someone was willing to pay more money. They were out the following day and were able to correct the issue after trying to upset my wife for several thousand dollars. Forgot to have them look at one other thing. Called to get it scheduled. They take the payment over the phone for the service call, but when another emergency comes up for the 2nd appt I get told they can not discuss it with me because I am buying the home and do not own it yet. I ask to speak with a manager and they refuse to speak with me. Then I get yelled at by customer service saying what do you expect me to do, I just work in scheduling. Finally get them scheduled to come back out, scheduled between 12 and 4. I get a call at 4 saying they can be there in about an hour. Do not waste your time with this company.

The tech was on time, explained the options clearly and truly repaired the issue and improved from the old equipment.

They come in ready to sell you a product, I explained what the issue was, I already had the replacement bulb, all the contractor did was change out a 12inch wire and sold me a 200$ LED kitchen bulb, what a ripoff
