The service advisor (Travis) and technician (Nathan) were professional and courteous, they when over the work to be done before and after the work was done.

They were on time, professional , inspected all my issues and gave me options as to what degree of repairs I felt comfortable with. Work was completed efficiently and with pride and quality in his work! Highly recommend Jose & Ozzy!!!

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Mister Sparky, they were able to fulfill my needs on a timely manner. They have a very professional team and I highly recommend them for your needs.

He charged $140 just to replace a bathroom light switch and replace a fixture, which I supplied. He estimated a fee of $1,087 to hang a plain ceiling fan, which I already had. And with all the wiring visible.

Used Mr. Sparky to upgrade my meter outside to 200 amps because I’m in the process of building a pool at my house. They managed to come out to my house next day for an estimate on 4th of July. Jiuver came and was extremely professional and friendly! He quoted me for the work and gave me options. Very happy with the work done and the time he took to complete it! Yes it’s pricey but I felt peace of mind with the quality of the work! Would highly recommend!

The electrician was professional. The work was a 4-day job and after the county inspector came a couple of things needed to be redone. Overall it took three visits from the inspector to finally approve the work that was redone.

Prompt, personable, a little pricey but I would recommend them

I was told that the price would be higher than I expected, but the work would be good.

I would not hire them again because they did not complete the job properly and I had to hire another electrician to come and fix the issue.

Their technical people were excellent. Their customer service people...not so much. I had to schedule a call-back, and that is when things went south. I had to repair a circuit because they were not able to hold to a scheduled follow-up appointment.

Came out to fix a breaker... ended up quoting $500 worth of other work with a verbal guarantee it would solve the problem. It did not solve the problem and he ended up having to do more work. Had to call supervisor to refund original amount. Price gouging and fear-mongering seem to be their best tactics.

On time, good work

This project was setting up and operating a 12kw portable generator. I want to give customer service a 6. I have no portable generator experience but the install crew was patient, answered my questions, and gave very good instructions on setting up and operating the thing.
