Repairman was informative and efficient, appointment was set up quickly, and any follow up would be done at a reasonable rate.

The technician was great. He was professional, knowledgeable & polite. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Electricians very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, Couldn't have asked for better service. Especially liked knowing cost brakedown before services performed and executed.

2 hrs late. Called about 7pm he left around 10p.m. He was only here for 30 min. 3-5 min to do work !!!!! Tried to sell us the total home elec upgrade. It was a emergence on weekend for outside freezer. agreed to service call price. 380.00 approx. for call and 1 GFI. Horrible experience. We tell everyone !

From initial contact with office, through initial meeting, through survey of project (replacing & repairing switches/outlets/smoke detectors), to efficient completion of the project, Mr. Sparky was well-represented by Jen, Clay, and, especially, Corey. I have had much experience working with electrical systems, but not hands-on for nearly 20 years. Enough has changed in products & codes that I would've had to spend much time learning. Maybe someone would've cost less, but would they have done the job as well, and as pleasantly? Mr. Sparky was great!

Fail to call with quote as requested showed up at house 30 after I received e-mail they were on there way charge was $136 to install a $69 fan ridiculous fee

Dan and his assistant technician were great. Polite, professional and timely. They addressed our concerns and provided written recommendations of other projects to bring our home up to code.

The service technician Kenny came did a fabulous job, very professional. He immediately put on his shoe protectors to keep our home clean, He did work in a timely manner all at a good price

Excellent work, very professional. I asked them also to quote on installing a ceiling fan, This quote was approx. $800. Subsequently, I got a quote from AND for the same service for approx., $400.
