I think the person doing the work was very pleasant. But I would have to say that Mr. Sparky is a little pricey. You are charged with the $29 drive fee - ok. But $212 x 2 for replacing 2 outside flood lights on dusk/daylight to 2 outside flood lights with a motion detector is a bit much (which I might say I'm not to happy with because they only stay on for 15 seconds. they are very dull when they first come on and I was told they would get brighter as it warms up, well by that time my 15 seconds are up and it shuts off, and $89 x 2 to replace a light switch and outlet.

Klay was professional and knowledgeable. I had a list of items for repair since I am putting the house on the market, but the attic fan was priority. Klay was able to fix the attic fan instead of replacing and repaired all of the items on my list. I could not have been more satisfied with this service!

Why too expensive. Almost $300 for 20 work and replacing one outside outlet. Repairman worked like he carrying a refrigator on his back.

The initial price of less than $50 escalated almost immediately to whopping $285 after some bargaining we settled on $185. Still after spending close to $200 my problem was nether fixed nor even diagnosed. Just because the electrician obviously knew his stuff and talked about it I got some ideas and was able to fix the problem after he left. At least it wasn't a total loss of almost $200 ($185 plus tax). This guys are real pros - did as little as possible for as much as they could grab.

Service quality is good but it really charged much more than I expect.

Yardy of Mr. Sparky diagnosed the problem with our GFI outlet in our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and the company was able to provide same day service. They also checked out my main electrical panel to see if there were any hidden problems. The price was more than reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for electrical repair.

I was extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area who requires quality electrical work done at a fair price. Courteous customer service. The electrician showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and worked diligently to get the job done to my satisfaction. It was great to know the price for the job before he actually got started. I also liked receiving an e-mail from the company with photos and info on the dispatcher, customer service rep and the electrician who would do the work at my home. I am one happy customer!

$60 bucks to tell me what I already knew another $140 to diagnose the issue, so $200.00 didn't fix the problem just told me what was wrong in less than an hour, it would have been another $160 to fix. What ever happened to getting a job done without being ripped off! I would say they nickel & dime you but they charge more than that.

The technicians arrived on time. They were very polite and knowledgeable and cleaned after themselves. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and did the job we needed to have done.
