Attempted to bill me an unreasonably big bill just to replace a circuit breaker. When I refused, he charged me for the service call and left but he left the circuit box uncovered with all the circuit breakers and wires exposed.

It was a relatively simple project an experienced electrician. Replacing a circuit breaker.

Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Great job - came early the next day after a lightning strike - helped mitigate a very stressful experience.

Very knowledgeable and experienced, and communicate well with their customers. The front office was really professional and on top of it. Compared to the last electrician I had, like night and day. Because they care about the quality of work they do, I would hire them again.

The two men who came to our home were extremely professional and polite. They also took the time to ask exactly what I wanted and answer any questions I had. I have already referred them to several family members and friends in the area. I will ask for the two of them on my next project.

Charges us $80 to flip one switch in breaker box! Then tried to scare us into replacing two breakers At a ridicules price, then to top it off wanted almost $700 for a whole house surge protector. Same one you can buy for $100 at Home Depot. Don't be fooled by their ad, one of the highest prices around!

Very courteous...came on time.....work done quickly...had all parts needed on his truck. Would definitely use again.

The electrician they sent out was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing and the exhaust ceiling fan replacement, as far as I can see at present, is working fine. The problems I encountered were that before any work started , he went through a home electrical survey which I could have done without. He should have done it after he tried to find my replacement fan. After he determined exactly what type of fan I needed, he called to his parts department for them to locate it. They did not call back for over an hour while he waited in my house. Then it took him another 75 minutes to retrieve the fan. The fan cost about $100, but I was charged $575, which I feel was a significant overcharge. I think $250 would have been fair. As a result, I cannot recommend this company.

The Electrician waisted too much time, and told me he didn't know what the problem was, then offer do all the outlets new, a very expensive alternative, and NOW I can even use some switches because it was put in twisted, sloppy job. when I agree then he told me what the problem was in a way. I feel he was playing waisting time to overcharge me.
