Charles White, Home Depot's "fencing guy" first changed the time of our appointment a day before they were supposed to come--which was fine--then called an hour before our new scheduled appointment to ask to come early because their appointment before us canceled, but because my husband and I were working, we did not get the call (we specifically took time off for the scheduled appointment) and they left a message. Once we got the message, we called back to say that were were now home and they could come at any time (this is still before the time that they scheduled) but they did not answer. We then get a call from Charles White, who instead of apologizing, yelled at my husband for not answering the call that his son made trying to reschedule the appointment earlier, and telling him that they were no longer coming, thereby not respecting the original appointment time. Not only was this unprofessional, but shocking that Charles White was angry and hostile at us for not picking up our cell phone when we were at work so that he could change our appointment less than an hour before they were supposed to come. I would not work with this gentleman without some additional customer service training.

Home Depot's price was much less and the fencing used superior to their competitor according to internet reviews. Charles White did the installation. Twice he came to the house and gave an impressively thorough review of what we wanted and explanation of everything that would be done. He didn't want any surprises any more than we did. Appointments were kept on time and the installation done as scheduled and within the time estimated. His workers could not have been more cordial and professional. They were careful with our landscaping and cleaned up nicely. Everything about this was done with the goal of our complete satisfaction. We would have no hesitation using them again.

It went pretty well. The staff does a good job. Their prices are reasonable. They are certainly professional.

I chose Home Depot over other companies because of the free estimate. They did a great job at a good price. I was satisfied with how professional they were. I will give them an "A" on everything.
