Bath Fitter of Southwest Florida

Depending on the work you are having done, plan on the timeline to be further out than anticipated. I was told two weeks for the work with an additional 2 weeks for the custom fit doors to be done. The 2 weeks for the doors was for them to get the doors from the vendor. It took 2 more weeks to get an installer scheduled. The quality of the work was good, but the timeline was extended by 2 weeks from what I was originally told.

The installer was great. He removed the old shower/tub combo. Had the water off and back on within a few hours. He cleaned up the mess quite nicely. The installer and install were great. Thanks

Bath fitter's installers were excellent, unfortunately they could not install one of the tubs due to space. My only complaint is that the bath tub was remeasured and it "wasn't worth BathFitters time and money to customize the tub", as I was told, which was fine with me but there was not paperwork done for the refund of the deposit, which I was assured would happen. I called today to learn a refund was never submitted. Just wanted to make sure the people who measure and sale the product understand if it does not work for installation but the return of the deposit is very important to the customer. I have had three bathrooms now replaced by Bath fitters and this is I was disappointed in their sales team. I should have been told when the measurements were taken by the sales person the first time, the tub would not fit.

Working with John with quote and sale was great. We got 4 other quotes and Bath Fitter price was good. It was about 3 weeks after sale the shower was installed. The installation only took about 8 hours. It looks great! Thank you Bath Fitters!!!

The installer was great, even working thru horrendous conditions when my a/c went out.

John McCabe removed the tub and installed a shower. Looks great; done quickly and efficiently. The salesman did not tell us we would be waiting for doors for two weeks, however. That proves inconvenient since we had already given away our bar and curtain.

Absolutely fantastic experience

The installer, John McCabe, was very professional. Worked hard and did a great job.

Liked the fast speedy work done in one day; arriving as scheduled on time. The salesman was also on time. A Surprise now a days on past repairs with everyone later or having to call to see when they would be here. Not this repair job, very satisfied.

One day installation was spot on.

Michael Holbrook, the technician who installed my shower door, was the consummate professional. His work was quick, precise and and outstanding. I am very pleased with his work ethic and his results. My Bath Fitter experience has been wholly satisfactory.

The one employee that installed the unit was very experienced and only took about 5 hours to do the installation.

This is our second experience using Bath Fitters. We were so pleased with our first experience, that when we bought our winter home in Florida, we knew who to contact. Our installer Oscar, very personable and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Bath Fitters.

The work was accomplished in one day as promised. The technician was great. He was friendly but kept right at the job. A very positive experience.

Salesman was not honest. Wrote sizes down after we signed, telling us they were part numbers. When we saw the size the shower floor would be, we told the Installer to stop. He made arrangements to get larger size and threw in a few extras so we would let him continue with the installation. Extras not necessary, but TRUTH is.
