+ -1 moreWhen I mentioned that I was going to be installing shelves in the attic to store things they volunteered to build shelves to put storage containers on. we were getting more insulation blown in so the shelves had to be elevated to allow the insulation to be under the shelves without being impressed by the weight of the containers. They suggested building the shelves from used pallets which saved me the money that I would have spent on lumber and did the job perfectly. Their clean up after the construction leaves the house as it was before the job was done. I would recommend them for any services that you need, they are willing to work with your needs/desires and their fees are reasonable.
Description of Work: House and condo watchers does the routine maintenance on my house once a week. They clean the yard, fertilize my plants, do minor carpentry, check my air conditioning, put on my hurricane shutters in the event of an approaching storm,and forward my mail if I am out of town on vacation.
