Mr. Bill's Lawn Care & Pressure Washing

PAID FOR MULCH FOR OUR FRONT YARD IN AUGUST, 2023. MR. BILL CASHED OUR CHECK, BUT HAS NOT DELIVERED/SPREAD MULCH, YET, AND IT'S MARCH, 2024! I HAVE REPEATEDLY TEXTED AND CALLED MR. BILL. HE DOES NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS NOR MY TEXTS. I HAVE THREATENED TO TAKE HIM TO COURT. STILL NO RESPONSE. HIS PHONE MAILBOX IS ALWAYS FULL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My Crepe Myrtles had not been trimmed in4-5 yearsâ ¦Bill and his team did a great job on 7 huge, way over-grown trees. They were In and out of my yard in less than 3 hours. They removed all limbs & branches and took them away for disposal, and cleaned the area before they left. All of this at a better price than 2 other companies.

Hired him when we moved into our new home Was great while we were here paid him all winter with not much to do. When we left for the season he did not show up for 3 weeks when a neighbor called us and s sent us photos! Called him and he came next day asked to be credited for the 3 weeks No response Mr Bill has good intentions but does not communicate with employees. Fired him got someone else and they still came for two weeks! Dug trenches for edging! Cut down flowers that had just come up from bulbs! Last guy came did not know grass from flowers! Also messed up patio with weed whacked and cut the downspout on gutter. Called him never offered to pay for any damages. Buyer beware.

Just started with them but Bill made an appointment and kept it ,which none of the other companies did. The first crew to do the lawn maintenance was very polite and very responsive to a special request. I have no concerns about recommending them to anyone.

I sent payment but Mr Bill never came and cut the grass . I do not live at the house and had no idea he never came . I called him several times and it went straight to voicemail And said mailbox full . And they are sending me a new invoice .

Contractor billed me for a service that were never provided, except for one time and they were paid for it and they keep billing me.

Very punctual and polite fellows!!! Recommend! Pricey but I don?t wanna do it!

He was the ONLY one who actually showed up and was willing to take on a new client They arrived quickly, are very efficient and did a great job!!! Would highly recommend

When they showed up they did good work. Its been a month since they came out and they still havent showed up for the 2nd mowing job in May. Pay them weekly when they come or there is no incentive to show up. Switching bimonthly billing was a mistake with these guys. I am going to have to break out my mower a send Me a Bill for my services that they should have done weeks ago.

Hired for weekly service, they mowed/edged during the last week of April. Billed me for a monthly fee on May 1. I have not seen nor heard from him since, been 3 weeks. No phone call no communication. NO SERVICE!!!!!

This is the worst lawn service I have ever seen. I wanted my lawn mowed and edged every week, he comes whenever he wants. I wanted my bushes taken care of he does one at a time. He edges a small part of lawn and doesn't even blow driveway and walkways. I cleaned yard up myself after storm and he made another mess. I am 74 years old and this is what I call elder abuse. Please stay away.

They stopped showing up

People were polite. They do not make up days when it rains but you are on a fixed monthly rate. Sometime work is excellent while other times they rush the job. Decided to let them go for inconsistency in quality and not doing my lawn frequent enough.

I hired Bill for Spring Clean up, maintain the sprinkler system, and the yard, I received an email from Bill, he told me he needed to order a pump motor and charged me $300, I received an invoice for the pump motor in May, then about a month later I was told the timer needed to be replaced, so I went down in August to the property, substandard occasional work was done, the weeds are tall, I started the pump and it was working, the pump motor never needed to be replaced, I was never provided an invoice for any work done, I asked for a refund and he said he could not do that, I feel I was scammed

Arrived the day I called and did a great job!
