Charles answered my e-mail within 5 minutes and came over on a Saturday nite to do the work. I was VERY impressed.

Charles will be a strong "player" in his field of expertise for a long time. He is beyond knowledgeable and his work ethic is outstanding. He listened carefully on his initial meeting with us and helped us plan our outdoor entertainment area. He helped us refine our concept of what we wanted to do and then gave us a fair estimate of what the cost would be to accomplish our project which was to install 2 TV's on our lanai. His estimate was detailed and easy to understand. We contracted with him to do the work and he arrived on time, worked with purpose and completed the job with no additional charges above the estimate. Not only is his work outstanding, he is respectful and serious about doing a professional job.

Charles Powell is a consummate professional. Everything he said when I interviewed him on the phone he did. He was polite and courteous. He predicted that he would be able to resolve my problem in a brief time, which he did. I had replaced a digital TV box and my TV and DVD became non-functional. Technicians from the company who supplied the box for my home entertainment system totally failed despite spending hours and their best efforts. It was a breeze for Charley. I would rehire him without hesitation.

Charlie explained the different options a available to us with the TV mounting so we're able to make an informed decision on what we wanted. Charlie did a fabulous job and cleaned up after himself. A very good experience all around. Would definitely recommend him to others.
