This is for the Cape Coral location. The salesman was inconsistent. He needed to come back a few times to measure. Ok. Then the material shipped was incomplete. Installer did a superb job. Price: way higher than expected.

They give veterans discounts on top of their specials.

The service went very well. They did a good job. From the date that we bought them, it took longer for the contractor to get back with us than we had hoped. It was supposed to be within 48-hours and it was more like 72.

As the negative issues at Lowe's piled up, we took the time to research more cabinet brands. We found several brands that had much better reviews. Better still we found a dealer right in our neighborhood. Our kitchen remodeling has begun, and right now our kitchen has been stripped of ceramic tile, cabinets, counter top, appliances, and, a little bit of wall. The dealer and associated contractor have been a delight to work with. There were no delays in getting a permit, work started as soon as we had an agreement, and the crew has been exemplary. I will submit a review on the dealer and contractor when we complete the job.

We picked out the cabinets and they installed them for us. It turned out great.

They had a company out of Naples Florida do the install and I have recommended that company a few times since then. They showed up on time, knew the job, were very professional, and no issues. I was extremely happy with the whole install.

The purchase, using a Lowe's card, complimentary delivery, the set-up and explanation as to its function all went very well. We are very happy with the whole Lowe's team. I actually needed assistance at the customer counter from Yvonne, and she was very helpful in getting my card set up.

This review is for the Lowe's store at 12730 Tamiami Trail East in South Naples. Beware. If you have plenty of time on your hands and want to pay in full up front, which Lowe's requires, If you don't mind frustration and time delays and want to feel like YOU are the general contractor, when in fact it is Lowe's, then go ahead and hire them. We signed up and paid for this project on 1/30/2013. We told them at that time that we were leaving for the season on 4/27/2013 nearly 3 full months later. They said, absolutely no problem in getting it done by then. Actually said it would be late March. During the process, I reminded them about 6 times that we were leaving on 4-27-13. It was finished on 4-22-2013 but only because of my constant contacting them about scheduling, but still is not really done because the final county inspection has not taken place yet. The couny took six weeks to get the permit approved. I know of others that took a much shorter time. At no time did Lowe's attempt to speed up the permit process. Their scheduling of getting the work done was poor. I had to call them to prod them on to get things scheduled. At one point I had a meeting with the store manager and told him I felt like I was the general contractor because it seemed like there was no point person taking responsibility and initiative to get anything done. When there is demolition, cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical, granite work all having to take place at specific times, there needs to be a point person on top of it all. The new cabinets arrived on 2-14. 30+ boxes of cabinets and stuff. I had to call them to get them inspected for any damage. The cabinets sat in our living room and bedrooms for 5 weeks. After they were installed, Lowe's needed to call to schedule the electrical and plumbing reconnected. They never bothered to call the plumber, I had to do it. The plumber said it has happened before. On the positive side, the cabinet quality was excellent, installers were professional, we are pleased with the granite and the installers, plumbing and electrical people were professional. I would not hire Lowe's again. Way too much frustration.

The carpet I picked was a special order item. I was told originally it would take 7 - 10 business days. Well that date came and went and my carpet was no where to be found. I was then told it would be three more days, that day came and no carpet. I went to the store on Wednesday and informed them if the carpet was not installed by 5pm on Friday, I would not take it. The Lowes representative called the carpet installation team to inquire as to where my carpet might be and when it might be installed. He was told that the carpet was in theri possesion but they were unable to reach me. Lowes verified with me that they had the correct phone number, and they did, so no one seems to know why the carpet instatallation crew was unable to ascertain the same number. Anyway I received a call from the installers either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning and they promised that they would be at my home on Friday morning, and they were.With rooms as large as mine it is not always easy to make carpet look great, due to the number of seams that are necessary but these gentleman delivered and it truly looks SPECTACULAR!

I would only recommend the man who put the fence. Had it not been for him I don't know what kind of work it would be. There was only one man and he did a good job.

We ordered the remodel in August and were required to pay 100% upfront, note that Lowes keeps all the money and the subs don't get paid until the work is complete. We were hopeful to have the work completed right after Thanksgiving as we were told the tearout and cabinet installation would take two days and the countertops would follow in 7 to 10 days after cabinet installation. Installation was completed January 6, 2012. The cabinet designer made two mistakes on the cabinets that delayed final cabinet installation and by the way Lowes takes no responsibility and will not proceed until they have full payment for any changes, the same thing happened with the countertops one additional square foot was required and was delayed until we went to the store and paid. The subcontractors were very good and quite professional. Lowes installation coordination Department is a joke, we had to do all the calling and follow up.
