They're really good. Bathrooms are spotless.

Both time I used this company they worked with me to get people out as soon as possible. The three people that come just come in and work like fiends. If I could afford it I would use them every week.

I met Sam through Angie's list and his company has been cleaning my townhouse for about six months now. The service is fair enough for the price. The only real issue I've had is that when the girls clean the dishes by hand they leave them to dry in the dishwasher, which sometimes already has dirty dishes in it. One time my room mate didn't realize this and ran the dishwasher, which ruined my $30 stovetop espresso maker. Sam apologized and offered to buy us another one. I told him not to worry but please ask the girls to put the dishes on the side of the sink if they wash something. They did this the next time but after that, the dishes started getting put back in the dishwasher again. I never had any issues when Sam would personally oversee the work being done, but since his business has expanded the quality has changed a little. I still give him an A rating and would recommend his company to friends.

Services are satisfactory, but owners do not honor the discount they " promise" if you use them on a regular basis. In fact, they tend to overcharge and round up to nearest 15 minutes of time not worked with no repeat customer discount as originally agreeed to........

The service was excellent. They are a really great company. This was the second time I used them. They sent out three people for an-hour-and-a-half. So, that was actually four-and-a-half hours if you count it for one person.

Three ladies were sent and arrived on time, did a fantastic job, and at a reasonable price of $140. I will use them for regular cleaning going forward. Great job.

Repeat customer, this is the best team of cleaners in the business in my opinion. They are fast and do an excellent job. The house looked like a model home and was immaculate.

This company is awesome! They are on time and do a fantastic job! They go above and beyond! I'm so happy I found them! Everything sparkles! They actually make paper flowers with the toilet paper and paper towels! I feel like I'm staying at a hotel!

It went extremely well. They split the house up into three, and started to clean. They cleaned from the top to bottom. Taking all the knick knacks off, dusting the shelves, then cleaning the knick knacks before putting them back. They cleaned my house the way I clean my house! They were all very nice and showed up right on time. They did a fantastic job!

Andre and the ladies that accompanied him were excellent. He was very professional and they were very thorough. This team really worked hard and scrubbed and cleaned. I will definitely book them very soon again. Awesome service!

The ladies were very nice and very professional. We were quite pleased. And they seemed to be quite honest. Liked the little decorative details. Thought the rate was a bit high for the extra 30 mins. But we were satisfied in the end with the extra half hour to complete the house.

Sam and his crew got to my new house early on the morning that we were moving in. I am an extremely clean person and I don't believe that anyone can clean as well as I do. Well, Sam and Andre proved me wrong! The house was spotless when we arrived with the movers. It was very important to me that all the cabinets in the 2 bathrooms and the very large kitchen were clean so that I could just unpack my stuff and put it away without 1st having to clean everything. That was done perfectly. I also wanted all the cabinets cleaned on the outside which they did beautifully. The floors were done perfectly and they hosed down the backyard deck which was pretty dirty. They also cleaned all the windows. I was extremely pleased with the work they did, not even 1 complaint. It is really stressful to move, especially when you're older and disabled. I don't have a lot of money, but I can no longer clean like I used to. Sam and Andre and their crew were worth every penny and then some. I don't believe another company could have done as good of a job as they did as I've had lots of cleaning companies in my life and none of them even came close to the job that Nice & Clean did.

It was wonderful. These guys know their stuff and they go beyond just cleaning but making your home look classy. They are thorough, and they don't leave anything undone. I will always have them as my cleaners.

The Nice N Clean crew are amazingly fast and thorough! After my one year lease was up I had them come to prepare my furnished unit for the next tenant. Without supervision or asking they knew what to do!, The oven, inside the fridge, freezer, bed liners, cabinet shelves, glass doors, inside microwave, door jams, vents.......all the things you would want done before moving in yourself and beyond the normal wipe down, dust, mop and go! Got my full security deposit back and handed them the key to my new residence where I look forward to another year of imprecable cleaning!!! Thank you!!! I don't expect to eat steak at hamburger pricing however Nice n Clean pricing is incredibly competitive. I don't know if its the local market pressure or their efficiency in sending 3 people at a time, they're like finding that perfect jacket at the Nieman Marcus Basement sale price!

Three people came. Boy spoke English the two girls did not speak. I bought a deal which was 4 hours for $75.00, which should have been four people. They cleaned two bathrooms, but in the one bath did not fully clean the mirror. Dusting was done with a whisk stick and nothing was moved. After they left I saw dust and checked around. Then I saw the many places where dust still remained. My lamps (3) are off the base by 2 inch legs and under the lights were circles of dust. My kitchen floor was not mopped as the coffee spots were still on the floor. The handles of my refrigerator were dirty and were dirty when they left. I cleaned the prints off.. I mopped the floor myself after they left. No floor was mopped and I have tile floors thru out. It took two in my den 10 minutes and they were done. I mentioned this to the boy when I paid. They came at 1:30 but should have been here at one. They did call and say they would be late which again was fine with me. They moved nothing, not even the dining room chairs. They started at 1:30 and exactly 2:30 they were out the door. When I spoke to Sam I stated I wanted things moved and mentioned things on the table and dining chairs and he stated that they would even move the sofa, which I stated was not necessary. I also told Sam what they moved did not matter if not put in the same spot. Nothing was moved. My glass coffee table had a glass water ring on it and it was still there when they left. I took a wet cloth and cleaned it my self. I went to the front door and there I have a table with glass on top and that was not dusted in front when I picked up bowl I saw the other part of the table was not dusted. Again, I did it myself. You should see my clean dust cloth now that I am done dusting. Also my deal was for four hours or four people, I was charged $75.00 for only one hour and three people. they rushed right thru the place. I also mentioned to Sam when I hired him I wanted a couple things done above the deal, and would pay extra and he said fine. Well they did not ask me what I wanted done and the girls were out the door before I even asked how much to the boy. The reviews are very misleading. If a fourth person came I could have had done the two extra things I wanted done which would have taken ten or fifteen minutes at the most. The details were great and they were good to look at. Rose on my toilet paper and kleenex box, my towels rearranged in the bathroom and yes a rose fan made on my paper towel rack. Rearranged the shawl I had on the sofa which was cute, but I changed it to the old way. Yes, the details were cute, but the dusting was my main thing. Just ordinary cleaning, dusting and mopping of floors. Moving things comes with ordinary cleaning. Disappointed.

Although Sam was very nice in the phone when I set up the appointment, the service was a but disappointing.

Everything was excellent! After buying the service through Angies List I received a message and calls. Scheduling an appointment was easy and no problem getting the date and time I desired. They confirmed the day before and was amenable to a change without problem. The team that came over were professional and friendly. The determination to do a great job was obvious. I am impressed enough that I will use them regularly! Well done!

I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that needed cleaning so I called these guys. Sam was ultra responsive and informative. They had 3 people come and were done within an hour; charge was $80. I will be scheduling regular visits with them.
