Description of Work: Since this was the first time I had used this garage I brought my car in for a oil change to see how the experience was. I felt like I could trust what the mechanic was telling me as I have a 10 year old car that does need additional work. The list I was given for items that needed attention were listed in priority order and the mechanic told me none needed immediate attention just whenever I had the additional funds. What a change from bringing to a dealership where everything is an emergency and costs $2000.00! This is the only mechanic in South Florida that I have ever felt I could trust.

Description of Work: Had an engine with 50,000 miles go on a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. Robert at Davie garage had the engine ordered and installed in under a week. Approximately $800 cheaper than other shops. Staff was very courteous. Have been back for other repair services. They never shy away from taking you into the garage and showing you the issue and what needs to be repaired. Highly recommend this garage.

Description of Work: I had purchased a 2005 Pathfinder. I took it to Davie Garage so they could inspect what was wrong with the vehicle and provide recommendations on what needed to be done. Robert, the shop owner, was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He explained what was wrong and went over slowly what parts would be required and the time to get everything done. I could sense his honesty in his voice. I was extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend Davie Garage to everyone.

Description of Work: They well well under half the price for the services that they performed for us. We did go to the dealer to receive an estimate and was told it would be over 1200.00 for all work vehicle needed. The check engine light was on and also the water pump was going out. | |I decided to call Davie Garage (only reason wasn't going to Davie Garage first was that they are 30 minutes away and dealer was right around corner) | |Any how vehicle was fixed and I didn't need all the parts being replaced that the dealer said needed in order to resolve check engine light.

Description of Work: I have been a resident in Davie for 10 years. During that time I have taken numerous cars to Davie Garage for repairs. Every time Robert always gives me the truth about what my cars need. His work is always top quality. Now my children are all driving and they take their cars there as well.

Description of Work: I stopped in a little after 9am on a Friday, as I noticed something hanging from the front undercarriage of my car. It turned out to be nothing, but I asked them to recharge my air conditioning. The fellow behind the desk said it would be $65 for the freon. It took about an hour as they had to change over to the newer freon, and $45 in labor plus tax. My mother brought her car into Meineke for the same and they charged $75 total, but perhaps she didn't need as much. They were very nice, and they talked to me like a person and not a "dumb woman", which I greatly appreciate.
