I got three estimates and the best response and price was given by Stephen. He called and explained IN DETAIL what to expect, how long it would take etc... They completed the job working around the rainy season. WHY DID I SCHEDULE THIS IS JUNE ???IT RAINS EVERYDAY !! But thankfully Stephen and Juan Carlos were understanding and replied to every text and phone call PROMPTLY ! They over explained every step and made me feel confident with choosing them !

We had a good experience with Certapro. While there were a few days they couldn't paint because of rain, it took less than a week to complete the job. We would use their painting services again.

From the initial contract signing to completion, the company was polite and professional. The workmanship was thorough, detailed and neat. The company used only the finest products and the paint manufacture (Sherwin Williams) even made a house call to help us select colors. In summary, a very satisfactory job .

Our homeowners association requested that we repaint our garage doors. We obtained several quotes. Stephen and his group provided the best price point for the value needed. Although it took forever for the homeowners association to approve the application, once it was approved, Stephen was able to come and have the job done within 3 days. The doors needed to be chemically stripped prior to painting, which was an extensive process. CertaPro was able to get it done quickly and efficiently. Cesar who provided the actual services, was polite and professional and prompt.

I had contacted a few contractors in preparation to have the work done while I was in Florida in November. We had just purchased the property. I contacted CertaPro Painters and Stephen returned my call right away. Since I was in a time crunch, he came over the next day to check out the work. Stephen was professional and provided me a quote the same day. He also let me know that he could start the next day. I reviewed the agreement and agreed to have Stephen do the work. Roberto was onsite early the next day. Roberto was efficient and professional. The agreement was that the work was to be completed in 3 days. Since there were a lot of doors to repaint, there was an extra day to complete the work. Roberto always updated me on the progress and let me know when he would be back. The work was great and completed as I expected.

We originally asked for a quote to repaint the house and stain the fence. The man who came to do the estimate was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Based on other estimates we received, their price was the best for all services we were inquiring about. In the end we decided to hold off on repainting the house, but the fence was an HOA requirement. Scheduling went smoothly, a day was settled on, the painter showed up as scheduled to clean the fence. I was a bit concerned at first because we have a really long fence and they only sent one guy, but he did an awesome job from start to finish. He even snipped back a few Arekas for us that were in the way of the process. The next day the same painter showed up (alone again to stain the fence). It came out beautifully. When we finally get around to painting the house exterior we will use CertaPro Painters again.

From first contact to finished project, Certipro professionals did a great job. We had asked about 'touch-up' painting, but that was not possible for many reasons. Instead, full walls and areas were painted to avoid mismatched areas, brush stroke/roller differences, and other tell-tale signs of touch-ups. The painters called before coming, met the schedule set, and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. They protected furniture and surfaces. They noticed areas that we had not and for a small additional fee took care of those. They were careful and precise. We chose to pay a bit more than we had planned to use this company, and our trust was rewarded with an excellent final project.

CertaPro had already painted the full interior of my home previously with beautiful results, so I had no 2nd thoughts about having them do the exterior too. They were very well priced, showed up on time each day, worked quickly & consistently, and then did a thorough clean up before leaving. I will use them again any time I need painting done and highly recommend them!

Stephen was extraordinarily responsive via phone, text, and email, and was a great help during the HOA approval curveball. He also gave an estimate for an interior paint job that we will complete in the near future. The entire experience was so seamless and refreshing, we have no intention of even looking at another paint company for the next job. On a regular basis, I find myself so disgusted by the customer service at both small business and corporate levels, but CertaPro gave me a great experience and left me in awe. Well done.

Their surface prep was very thorough; spackling many areas, fixing areas where stucco had flaked, priming everything. Beautiful paint job!

I received three estimates for interior painting. While Certapro was not the cheapest, I was impressed with Stephen and his professionalism as well as the services offered. The clincher was that they offered a 12 month payment plan (if you qualified). I changed the scope several times and decided to add some interior painting and pressure cleaning. His painter was thorough and did an excellent job, including cleanup. I would highly recommend them and am planning on using their services again to paint the rest of the interior of my house plus fencing.

I think it worked out very well and would use them again. They're very organized in getting things setup as far as the contract. They seem to be fair and their team was very professional and very good with what they did. They are very opened to our request as far as how we wanted. They make sure we were happy with everything which was really good. At the end they went over everything and fixed the issue we had.

Our 10 year old townhome had numerous hairline cracks in stucco siding, weeds were growing in some of them. Certa Pro Painters did a very good job of filling the cracks and painting the house so now it looks brand new. Working with them was easy and stress free. I sent a request for proposal via their website, received a phone call soon after that. We scheduled an appointment to see the property within the following couple of days. Then I received a proposal in writing. It listed the detailed scope of work and materials used. Work was done within the timeframed discussed (within a week) although there was a lot of rain and some days they had to leave early because of the weather. When the weather was good they worked beyond normal working hours and during the weekend. There was good communication with the manager throughout the process. Stephen (the manager) gave us a follow up call after work was complete and told us that if we find any areas which need touch up or anything like that we should just call them and they will come and fix it for no additional charge. Overall very pleased with the result, would hire them again.

I requested an estimate and was scheduled fast. Mr. Ippoliti came by and checked all the house exterior and informed me of how the job will be done. I was happy with the price because other companies had estimated a higher cost for the same job. I was confident that because this is a franchise they will stand by their work and do it right. And so they did! The job took only three days. One for the pressure cleaning the exterior, second for preparing the house (covering windows and sealing cracks, etc.), and the third the magic was done! The house was painted. I liked he fact that it was only one person doing the work because sometime when more people are involved they often get sloppy but not with CertaPro! He was very organized and clean. Finished late in the evening painting the details of the fascia and all the window borders. He gave a lot of attention to detail. Covered up all the windows so they wouldn't get paint on them and all. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to do the same things I got done in my home. I would use them again in the future.

I had contacted CertaPro painting via email on 09/14/13 to schedule an appointment for 09/21/13 the following Saturday for a quote for an exterior painting of our house. I received a response immediately stating they had an opening at 10:00 AM; I responded stating I was available. I have limited hours in my busy Saturdays and 10:00 AM was perfect for me. Yesterday (09/20/13) I received a phone from CertaPro's estimator stating he was unaware of the our appointment, he wanted to reschedule, the company is a fanchise and all scheduling is done through the "main office" (what ever that means). I let the estimator know that with everything he stated I did not feel comfortable dealing with him or his "franchised" company if they do not know how to communicate with one another. My thoughts are how would my experience be once the crew would be at my house and "if" I had an issue.. would I call the franchisee, main office, estimator... who would I reach out too??? Bad experience from the beginning. Sorry CertaPro Painting, I think you may need to get your ducks in a row because a few of them seem to be lost!

We were very, very pleased with this painter. Our only disappointment is that we didn't use them when our home's interior was done - that would have saved us a lot of aggravation. Stephen gave us a price that, while higher (in some cases by over $1,000) than some of the other painters with whom we met, was acceptable to us based on the reviews on Angie's List and the old adage that you get what you pay for. We purchased our home just a couple of months ago, and the roof looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Sandoval was extremely thorough in cleaning the roof, screen enclosure, etc., and then in taping over all our windows, exterior fans and light fixtures in preparation for painting. Sandoval and Luis worked as a team and did a terrific job. We could not be more pleased with the two of them. They were punctual, extremely polite, professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and left our home looking terrific. Stephen checked in on the work regularly, he went up on the roof to ensure that cleaning was done properly, and he made us feel as though he valued our business. As a Realtor, I'm often asked for recommendations for painters, plumbers, etc. I won't hesitate to tell my clients to call Certa-Pro and ONLY Certa-Pro. I highly recommend them and suggest that you specifically ask for Sandoval and Luis. You won't be disappointed.

It was very good. They had a friendly staff. They were competent and very thorough.

On the positive side they were professional, helpful, prompt and responsive. They were not the cheapest nor most expensive. They were not as meticulous as I would like. There were some air bubbles left. I had them redo some areas, but it was still not perfect. I am not sure if I will use them again. It will depend if I can find someone better in the future when need arises.

The job went smoothly and they did a good job and have reasonable prices. I would recommend their services to others.

They process was a little slower than a I though. They did a good job. It was raining during that week so they worked around the weather but they were punctual. I have recommend their services to others.

It took them about 4 days to complete. They were very careful of our belongings and the communication with them was excellent. We have vaulted ceilings and high plant shelves.They did an excellent job. I found their prices to be very reasonable and I would recommend their services to others. We were going to go with a high-end designer paint and at their suggestion they saved us about $250 by using a Sherwin Williams brand paint that was the exact color we wanted.
