Purchased 8/06 with installation date for third week in December. 11/14, 12/18 installation confirmed and reconfirmed 12/15. Late morning of 12/18 was told that it couldn't be done because some workers had not come in. Was told they would call me later. Late AM 12/19 a man arrived with what I assumed was his family. I left my cell number. We returned later when called that it was completed. A mirror was broken and there were problems including badly installed sections. The supervisor said "that's the way it is always done" but agreed to look at it. Mirror was replaced (after several more calls). An excellent carpet installer arrived on 1/8 and realized that the original installation was not done properly. I also learned that the padding that I had been sold was too thick for the carpet and that carpet selected was particularly difficult to piece. He fixed what he could and was extremely helpful and professional. Only wish someone as qualified had done the original job.
Description of Work: Purchase and installation of carpet and pad. Old carpet and padding was removed.
