"Broward Screen and Window deeply apologizes for any missed phone calls or messages to their customers back from September 2017 through January 2018. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the former receptionist. She was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer, she was working while going through chemo therapy. Broward Screen and Window thought it would not be right to terminate her while she was going through therapy. Unfortunately, a side effect for her seemed to be short term memory loss. After speaking with her numerous times about writing things down to avoid any forgetting, it had been decided to terminate her after the holidays in January. Broward Screen and Window rarely performs any job without a written estimate. Jobs go through the office, get proper paperwork and copies. This was done as a favor, our technicians do not have paperwork on them other than predetermined work orders as they are not allowed to write estimates. We are happy that you are happy with the quality of the material and the workmanship. Thank you for your criticism, we are sorry that there was not a written estimate that would have supplied you with the proper paperwork you would have needed for your insurance company. When I first contacted them they have been fast and prompt to respond. Firmly they quoted the job and even I begun after 6 month of the estimate, they respected they quote and did for the price.
You can tell they know what they are doing, they did safely and clean.

Bill came to give us a quote on January 29, 2015. We had received previous quotes and Broward Screen and Window's quote was very competitive. We were impressed by Bill's professional and courteous manner.
Over a 2 day period on February 1st and 2nd, Don and Reno installed our new screens. Throughout the process we were impressed with the friendly, courteous, and professional approach by Don and Reno. They accommodated special requests to replace rusty screws and bolts in addition to replacing the screens. They did a fine job.
